We really enjoyed our breakfast here! It was one of the best breakfast buffets I have been to on vacation. I appreciated all the options, and the food was very fresh. I love omelets so I was happy to see the omelet station. We also liked the pastry and fruit selection! Would definitely go back the next time I stay at Universal!

The best food while we were at Universal. It was a welcome escape with a quiet not crowded room, friendly wait staff, and great food! Wish we ate dinner there every night instead of enduring city walk.

Great breakfast. Same food as amatista’s at Sapphire Falls. Standard American fare, fresh fruit, lox, cereal, etc. plates could have been set up better, though. I asked for sunny side up eggs. They were ever so lightly browned on the bottom and not slimy on top. Perfect. South Pacific decode that felt warm and inviting with subdued greens and wood accents. Beautiful place. Will eat here again.

We had a 6:00 PM reservation. We were seated right away, as the restaurant was not crowded. The food was mediocre - nothing very flavorful. Our server was not attentive and never smiled once. We would've been better off grabbing a sandwich or snack at a quick service place.

Descent food, just expected better quality from a 4 star hotel restaurant. However, the setting, atmosphere and service was very good.
