   Went on a wed evening 7pm,only diners in there,menu very limited,take ur glasses to read menu,only one sheet menu so why not print it with larger print,food average but hot,cocktails average,sorry but would not miss going again ,

   I visited Island Vibe on a Saturday midday. It was my first time visiting and I’m not from Manchester so it was a place I had just found on Google. The atmosphere was lovely. We got to choose where to sit as it was quiet, the seating was really comfy. The woman who served us was really helpful and welcoming. The food was really nice and came in good portions. I would say it was a bit more expensive than I would’ve expected for caribbean food, however I did enjoy the food and I will be back! Thank you!

   The food was amazing! It felt like real Caribbean food, not manipulated for the English palette like the big chain versions are, and it was delicious. We had the ackee and saltfish, and the the ital stew and they were both absolutely lush. The crispy prawns and the prawn salad starters were also delicious. Drinks service was a bit slow. Not enough to put us off though, we’d definitely return and look forward to trying the new menu when it becomes available.

   Generous portions of good, tasty food. It is my go-to for Caribbean food and I'm happy to recommend it to friends and family. Relaxed and clean environment with courteous service.

   Me and my partner love Caribbean food so we decided to take a date to Island Vibe in Chorlton back in August The staff were lovely, two very bubbly ladies greeted us kindly and we grabbed a seat in no time. We enjoyed our cocktails whilst waiting for the food and it did not disappoint! Jerk chicken, plantain, rice and peas, dumplings, wings, fries all amaze. The GOOD stuff Really recommend

   The food was perfect, cocktails were beautiful with a large selection. We had rum punch and they weren't shy with the rum 🙂 outdoor terrace was quiet for a saturday night, lovely atmosphere and very polite waitress.
