I was looking forward to having dinner at this restaurant and made reservations for 5 two days in advance. I received a call back from the restaurant to verify seating so we could enjoy the band. We arrived on time and still had to wait for tables to be put together. We were brought upstairs to the very last table available which was directly in the blinding sun. We asked to move but there were no other tables available. The family behind us was complaining about the sun to their waitress who could barely see as well. We left and went to another restaurant. Lackluster ambiance and poor coordination. While the hostess was a sweetheart, we won’t be back.

Had to wait long periods of time for waitstaff, who were good, but more than 1 so we never knew what was our real waitstaff. Had to finally ask for final bill after too long a period of time.

Had both of my children home from undergrad and graduate studies and wanted to take them somewhere for a nice evening dinner. The food was good and the band made the experience much better. Unfortunately, a storm ended the evening early.

I made a reservation online, and because it was our 20th Anniversary, clicked on that. When we were seated, our server wished us a Happy Anniversary, and seated us in a booth which was in a semi-private area, which was just what we had hoped for, and was very nice! The drinks and food were delicious, and when we were just about finished, our server told us that we would have a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Unexpected, but so nice! We chose a chocolate brownie with ice cream, and oh my! It was piled so high, that we thought that the two of us wouldn't be able to finish it, but we did! It was so good, and we were SO full! What a wonderful anniversary celebration!

There was a little mix up when we first got there regarding the reservation and where we were being sat, however the manager handled it efficiently and professionally. The best part about our experience (lets not forget it was our 1st time there) was the waitress. Bri. Bri was phenomenal and made the whole experience wonderful and we will be returning!!!

Waiter was not good. He seem like forced to serve us. He was silently standing by us while we trying to order and sort of rushing us to make an order at the same time was not clear what he is doing in his palm pc. At the end - when half of us told him what he want, but other half still thinking, we ask him give us a minute. When he return and took second half of an order, it turns out - that he already sent to kitchen our first half. Then second half was served 15 minutes later. Why it we ask a minute, don't you hold entire order except drinks. At the same time when he start serving other table - he was full of words, comments and so on. He seem like didnt like us. After all you forced us to leave 20% tips without giving us ability to choose reward for service. For this service he barely deserves a penny. When another awiter came by and ask "if you need anything?" we said - water... guess what - never happend. wow. such a service for this money.

Very casual and laid back atmosphere! Delaney was our server, she made us feel comfortable and was accommodating! We ordered a variety of appetizers as our meal. Both the steamed and coconut shrimp are outstanding, as well as the calamari, crab dip & wings! They were VERY generous with the portions, we had plenty to take home with us for lunch the next day!

This restaurant was not very accommodating. Right in front of guests the staff was being rude on my son's birthday celebration. Given that it was my first time there, they should have been a bit more understanding. I mean I got it I should have gotten the party room and instead of offering it right there and then the manager just act snobbish. The waiter was good. I am from the Caribbean so hence my disappointment with the food.

Haven’t been here since before covid and have to admit, it was kinda strange….it was 6:30pm on a Saturday night and the place was totally empty. I hope they are doing ok bc it’d be a shame to lose them. The great…atmosphere/decor, the cocktails, the food, and the value. We had a painkiller and a bahama mama and both were fantastic. For dinner we had the Lumpia (pork spring rolls), the Khalua pork sandwich and the pork plate with sweet potato fries, coconut rice, and street corn. Everything was delicious! The service was not so good. Our server was really sweet, but inattentive and not on top of it at all. Not sure why either bc like I said, there was hardly anyone there. Maybe it’s bc of the standard 20% already included, but she didn’t really seem disinterested in providing good service…she just didn’t. We sat for a good 5-7min before we were even greeted. She brought water and took drink and appetizer order pretty quickly after that. But then we did not see her again until after the bartender had brought our drinks, a food runner had brought our appetizer, and another employee was sweeping nearby and we requested he send her. We had eaten the app and drank our drinks, and we hadn’t even ordered yet. She did come back quickly falter summoned and apologized for the delay. Overall, it was still a good meal and we’ll go back for the food and drinks and hope for better service next time.

We were early for our reservation, but were seated with no issues & encouraged to take advantage of the happ hour menu. We offered to our server that we would use the online ordering system, but our server kindly offered to manually enter our items for us. We did all appetizers, and they were all tasty! Great job to all!

We came for Valentines Day dinner. I had the Fish and Chips and my date had the Blackened Mahi Mahi. She is still thinking about it. My meal was perfect as well. Heads above what I had in another local restaurant not all that long ago. The service was attentive, but not overbearing and the Manager was always available. Would L go back? In a heartbeat.

We discovered this resturant and it’s sister (Rockets Landing) and have found the consistency in food preparation and taste unsurpassed. My Blackened Mahi Mahi is one of the best fish dishes I have found in the Richmond area.
