Poor customer service

Good food! Good service! Drinks are yummy! Prices are good.

There is something in that corn that is just amazing!

We were out as family of 4 and seated at the bar. It was hard for us to enjoy each other company. It would be of for a couple (2) but really didn’t work for us. We ordered appetizers to share and had to ask for small plates to serve them on. There was no follow up by the wait staff after we were delivered our meals, had to flag down someone to get take out containers for our leftover food. Just not the high level of service that we have experienced previously and expect from your restaurant group.

Great atmosphere, cool restaurant, love the containers made into part of the restaurant, gives it a cool vibe. Food was great and they adapted to COVID restrictions very well.

waited a while to order. We had trouble ordering online while at the table, and one person in our party had to go get someone to help us. Food, average-disappointing from the last time we were there.

We went to ISC for my daughter's 21st birthday and for our first dining experience since COVID started. It was an awesome experience. Employees were very respectful of COVID, the food was delicious, the shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the fruity drinks were delicious! Kudos for a wonderful rooftop atmosphere!

They did a great job with adapting to the new restrictions and the food was just as good as we remembered.

What a great and friendly staff, and the Covid accommodations are unobtrusive. Food and drinks were good, and it was so nice to get out of the house.

The new menu viewing/purchase situation is terrible. Bring back paper menus and let me pay at the end of the meal. No substitutions can be made through the ordering app and we tip and pay before we receive service. I’d rather go spend that money somewhere we get attention and where the server earns a 20% tip. Our table was not cleared and we were never offered more water. It sucks.

Sat and ate on the roof top for lunch. Placing an order and paying via phone is the new order of the day. This was the first time we had been and really like the food (delish) and atmosphere. Service was a little slow but they just reopened so it was expected. We really enjoyed it and will come back

Fresh and healthy food, great atmosphere, clean, and fantastic customer service. We loved the "pay as you go" contactless system as well.

Island Shrimp never disappoints. We had a table on a nice covered patio area. The app to order was easy to use and the staff was attentive and efficient. The food and drinks were delicious!!!

Complaint was the ordering system. You order on your phone requiring input of pmt info. Then get back in everytime you want anything else. Time consuming & awkward. Staff & servers were all excellent. Don't have a good beer selection or draft beer. Cocktails are expensive.

This company has some amazing safety protocols in place right now with a no touch service where you order off of your phone. It was really good! Delicious food!

I enjoyed my first experience. Food was delicious and we will be going back. It was a much needed outing. Only thing was table was rickety and we had to put napkin under leg.

Me and my boyfriend used to go here all the time before COVID 19 pandemic and have always had a great experience and have brought friends and family to this restaurant and got them hooked. Everyone is always very friendly and the staff is always great! We love going here and the food is very unique and comfort at the same time. The drinks are really good as well.
