Strangely enough, the restaurant was closed when we got there. It wasn’t clear to me why they were accepting reservations.

It was absolutely delicious. Sandra’s Island Fusion is the full name and Sandra came out and met us. I had real jerk ribs and curry goat. The fish soup she brought just for us to try was some .org best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for real Caribbean food this is it

We all really enjoyed the local dishes of goat curry and seasoned chicken with rice and peas The staff were very friendly Lovely setting over the water Only issue for us was it seemed rather expensive we are used to Trinindad and Tobago prices £10 per head max for the same dishes Our lunch came to £74 for 3 main courses and juice -London prices! But that said we are finding out that this seams to be the norm in Antigua unless you eat from the road side huts If you are not on a budget then definaltey go here

The food was lovely, setting great and service very friendly. Unfortunately we were the only people eating in the restaurant that evening so there wasn’t any atmosphere.

Unprepossessing location in a sailing academy, we were initially a little put-off by the bar-like appearance of the restaurant - until we were shown to our own private gazebo right by the harbour side, which was a really lovely experience. The service was very friendly and helpful. We all loved our starters (which were particularly exceptional, in particular the vegetarian spring rolls) and the main courses were nice (but perhaps not as exceptional). All in all, we very much enjoyed our evening at Island Fusion.

The beef curry was absolutely delicious, nice deck at the back, wish we’d found it earlier than our last night otherwise we’d have gone back
