   My one frustration with this wonderful restaurant is the loud ambient noise. The restaurant was only 1/3 capacity and it was difficult to hear what the guests at my table were saying. I wish that you could solve this problem.

   Dear Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge, located in The Pearl Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection, in Downtown Burlington. As a Vietnamese-born Canadian citizen currently residing in Mississauga, Ontario, I visited Burlington as a male customer and enjoyed a memorable dining experience on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 6:00 pm. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and elegant, reflecting why Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge is regarded as one of the top dining destinations in Burlington. I was warmly greeted and served by Courtney, whose attentive and friendly service made the evening even more enjoyable. I started the evening with the refreshing Isabelle Lemonade from the Spiritless menu — a perfectly balanced blend of house-made syrups, lemon, and soda. With the use of a Happy Holidays Gift Certificate, I was delighted to enjoy the Feature Main Trout as a complimentary entrée, which was beautifully prepared. I also ordered the Pan Seared Arctic Char, featuring roasted parsnip, apple, arugula, pickled onion, and chili — a thoughtfully crafted dish that was flavourful and satisfying. To end the meal on a sweet note, I selected the Gelato & Sorbet Flight for dessert, choosing the house-made vanilla, pear, and apple flavours, each offering a wonderful taste and smooth texture. I complemented the dessert with a cup of brewed coffee served with cream, a comforting and classic finish to an outstanding meal. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a high-quality experience, from the exceptional food to the attentive service. I look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend Isabelle Restaurant + Lounge to friends and family seeking a memorable dining experience in Burlington.    My time at Isabelle’s was incredible this evening Everything was perfect The food was delicious The service impeccable The atmosphere beautiful I can’t say enough about how amazing Sam (my server) was; she made my night, so lovely and kind and welcoming. So attentive. She was incredible. 10/10 stars.

   Our experience of eating dinner here for our wedding anniversary was wonderful. The service was great despite being absolutely packed on a Friday night. The food was delicious and really well prepared. I recommend the short rib, it was so great it means I’ll definitely be coming back.

   We loved the atmosphere but it was somewhat noisy as there was a group of young girls and their mothers from the hotel. Our coffee was cold but it was replaced after we mentioned it .

    This was my first experience at this restaurant. We ordered the burger and the mushroom risotto. My risotto was ok, nothing special and I would not order it again. My friend enjoyed the hamburger. The restaurant was extremely loud. From our seats we could hear conversation from around us even though the tables were well spaced. We could hear loud children from across the restaurant and the music was so loud it made conversation difficult. It sounded more like a dance club not a restaurant at 6pm weeknight dinner. I think part of the noise problem is the acoustics of the room. When the reservation was made, we noted that we were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived the host mentioned the birthday. There was no effort on the part of the server to recognize this special occasion so I assume she did not know. So what is the point of mentioning a special occasion at reservation ? When we arrived at the hotel, the valet told us we got a parking discount since we were visiting the restaurant. My valet ticket was $22 for 1.5 hrs of parking! Quite the discount. Learned my lesson and will park at a municipal lot for a quarter of the price. Overall this vid was a disappointment.
