We had two specials but were charged the wrong amount on both. Complained at the register but no action. Luckily the duty manager delivered the meals so I told him. He quickly arranged a refund. The chicken meal was very good, tender and tasty. The smoky beef was disappointing. About 5 slices. Good smoky flavour but two pieces were dry and inedible. The others were good.

Food was ordinary steak was under cooked and chewy. No nachos which was only today to us after ordering had to order at the bar which took a long time. Won't be going back for food until it gets better

I am a vegetarian. In the past the Isa Hotel and Red Earth Hotel have catered for vegetarians. Now they literally don't even have a salad that is vegetarian. For breakfast the vegetarian breakfast is lovely, but for dinner they have a vegetarian pizza - thats it. No rice bowl, salad or pasta. Only like chips, wedges or brushetta - no mains. Also gravy is super easy to make vegetarian - just use Maggi gravy powder. I couldn't even have a bowl of veggies with gravy. It was so disappointing. In the Red Earth I had to have a cheese platter for dinner. Guys, please cater for us again. You used to have a couple of options - there are many vegetarian and vegans in Mount Isa. I feel like its not very hard to cater for us. And you used to do a good job. Also this is the second time that I have booked using Open Table at least a week before each time, confirmed the text message and turned up and my table hasn't been prepared. There is some breakdown in communication. However the staff fixed it up for me and were friendly - but it looks unprofessional. The first time I booked it was for 10 people, the second time it was 15. Please review your processes and make sure that group tables are organised in advance.

Aircons not working on 35 plus degree night. Pizza oven not working and was our intent to have pizzas for family and friends to celebrate birthday.

Food was delicious but took 2 hours to be served. Interior was loud with conversation but outside was worse as the music was way to loud for basic conversation

No table was revered for us despite the booking. No kids nuggets available so my kids couldn’t get a kids meal and the staff were rather unhelpful and rude. Meals were decent but served cold so really disappointing. Spent hundreds of dollars and was not impressed with it at all.
