INDOOR DINING - Reservations accepted up to 30 days out, for 1-8 guests. Large parties cannot be separated into multiple tables. **Indoor reservations cannot be moved outside upon arrival.** Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or a late cancellation/no show fee will apply.
OUTDOOR DINING - Reservations are available DAY OF only for 1-6 guests as our private patio is weather permitting (not dog friendly).
Friday lunch 11:30-4pm. Dinner daily 4-9pm, except closed on Tuesdays.
Isa is a small neighborhood bistro serving an eclectic and seasonally driven menu. A husband and wife duo! A 2023 James Beard nominated chef, Isaul Perez brings his experience cooking French and Italian food in NYC to life with a splash of his Mexican heritage. His wife Suzie is a certified sommelier and face of the front. They showcase local farms and purveyors, offer craft beers and house specialty cocktails. The dining room is cozy and quaint with an original black tin ceiling.

    Isa Bistro has become one of our most favorite restaurants in Portland. Exceptionally good food, great ambience, service that makes you feel right at home -- so welcoming. Martinis were perfect, pork chop tender and juicy, the lobster and crab pasta exquisite, the coconut creme pie was divine, excellent wine list. We can't wait to go back!!

    Every meal at Isa is the best meal I’ve ever had. I have no idea how they do it, but every single time, they outdo themselves. Chef Perez and his amazing team pour so much love and care into each dish and the attention to detail is clear. Each dish is so thoughtfully constructed and presented. The service is attentive and the overall vibe is cozy and welcoming. Portland is such an incredible food town, but in a stellar field of contenders, Isa is in a league of its own. 10/10

    Cocktails were creative and well-prepared. The fennel salad delicious. The pork chop is the best I’ve had anywhere, last evening served with an apple/celery/parsley salad and grilled asparagus. The service was outstanding- knowledgeable, cordial, and clearly committed to fostering a great dining experience.

    First visit in spite of hearing good things for many years. We were fortunate to have a table on the patio, so noise was not an issue. Everything was wonderful Two of us agreed that it was the best lasagna of our lives (something I would never have ordered if not for the server's recommendation), and the third person said it was the best octopus of her life, in spite of having eaten it throughout Europe. Definitely a restaurant on our list for a repeat visit.

    The crabcake was almost entirely crab with very little filler, which is very unusual. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and a little unusual, the wine special was awesome, but the waiter was the star. One of the people in our party was hard of hearing even with a hearing aid, and when the waiter saw he was having difficulty, he spoke louder and moved a little closer. Very few people are willing to do that, and it made such a difference.
