   I have been to Iron Rock a number of times and this was by far my worst experience. We had a 2pm reservation, but were not served until 3pm. There were not many people there at all, only 3 other parties. I understand when they are out of beer on the beer list but they were out of several. They were also out of fettuccine when most of their pasta dishes are fettuccine based. They were also out of baked potatoes. My sandwich order was wrong, missing lettuce and tomato. Our saving grace was Alex our waiter (I think that was his name). The whole experience was disappointing to say the least.

   This was our second visit. The food is just okay, nothing spectacular. Very overpriced. It’s a shame, it’s such a beautiful place but we probably won’t go back. Too many other great and more affordable options in Greensburg!

   We have ate here multiple times. When they first opened it was good. The last 3 times we went was not good and this last time was just terrible. The only thing that was good was our server who apologized multiple times. Both of my kids were sick after. It’s like the owners just done care at all. Would not suggest going here at all.

   We never got to our meal, with a reservation, we waited over 45 minutes to be seated. Another 5 minutes for water, then the waitress sat down with the table beside us an told the she wasn't a waitress by trade so if their meal sucked she was sorry. We didn't want to pay $200 for a meal that sucked so we left.

   We had a 7PM reservation and did not get seated until almost 7:30. Nonetheless, once we were seated our server and food were amazing!

   Arrived at 4:45 for a 5:00 reservation. No one at the hostess station, waited 18 minutes to be greeted. Was seated at a table for six not four. 20 minutes later a server asked if anyone took our drink order and we said no. Five more minutes the server took our drink order. 12 minutes later we got our drinks. Two cokes a sprite and a water. 50 minutes in and finally a drink. After another ten she took our order. 40 minutes later our food came out, each plate was brought out separately. The food tasted ok but was cold. Additional drinks came slowly but after two hours we were given our checks and we got out of there. We were charged full price in spite of the long delays and bad service. (Two couples got up and walked out). I will never go there again.

    The waiter we had was awesome despite being new to the job. That said, we had a unique experience in the sense we tried to walk in and get a seat and were told they were only accepting reservations and that they were booked all night. Hearing this, knowing we weren’t dressed our best, we were curious to see if there were any last minute cancels. To our surprise there were several reservations times open and in fact during our dinner we noticed that not a single person came in after us. We originally came in at 8 and were denied, but later set a res for 8:30pm and were laughed at when we came back in for it. The place was not busy at all, maybe 20% capacity and we did up spending around $150 for a meal between myself and my wife. Overall the food was fair, but overpriced for what you get. The service was good, but the host staff seemed more worried about trying to get the restaurant to close early than provide equitable service to all its guests.
