We had an amazing brunch. Our server Marc was exceptional. Great conversation and prompt with the service.
Heather is beyond AMAZING! The food was delicious and the place was so clean.
Loved the music 🎶 Service wonderful. Good breakfast options and tasty. Perfect hours for all day breakfast and lunch!
Food was decent, service was slow and waiter never brought me my drink. Place was cute inside and we were seated at the time of our reservation
Easy to get to and the food was great. I would go back
Our server Jaylyn, I believe, and all of the staff were amazing. Our first visit to IR. Won’t be the last!
Was expecting something better. My wife had gone to one in Annapolis and was great but seem like service wasn’t there and food cold when arrived to table. Would give another chance though.
Our server Jailyn (sp) was an incredible part of the experience. She was a wonderful server with great energy, a kind attentiveness, and delicious menu recommendations. She was enough of a reason alone to return. Conversation with the manager and a chef prior to be seated was also extremely pleasant. The food was amazing, especially the brown sugar Roostart. Also, the mason jar of bacon and the candied bacon were both highly enjoyable.
We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Jailyn!!!
Mothers Bday overall it was ok home fries where burn that was the only think wrong. Other than that all good.
Our server was great. She had some good recommendations& was very attentive. The manger was very polite and had good communication
Food was really fresh! They’re running on 50% occupancy which I LOVE! We didn’t feel crowded by strangers and totally enjoyed everything. Our server, I think her name was Janell or Janae, was AMAZING! She went above and beyond.
Server Jay was great and the food was too!
Celebrated my birthday.
I felt everything was very clean and all COVID guidelines were strictly adhered too. Service was excellent and food was very good. Great breakfast spot
Everything was great from the greeter to paying the check.
Service was slow...the food was pretty good.
We went for breakfast ans it was very good, especially the homemade pop tart! Very few people so we felt safe. Everyone has masks on
Good, we were given mimosas in whisky glasses not champagne glasses because she said the glass broke to easily. Food was decent.
Our waiter was great but the length of time it took to receive our food was way longer than usual. Even our waiter made comment that we should’ve had our food before it was received. Overall.. great service.
There was one server / hostess and service was pretty slow. We received pancakes with no syrup. Coffee without sugar, and had to wait until we could finally get her attention to receive these items. The shrimp and grits were not the usual. This was my first visit to Mchenry Row location I usually frequent Canton. It wasn’t the same at all.
Friendly and quiet enivironment. The food and service was good.
Super friendly waitress! Pleasant experience!
Heather was very nice and patient when we weren’t ready to order
Amazingly good! Outstanding service!!
Homemade PopTarts are a must!
Despite the challenges surrounding COVID-19 my wife and I enjoyed our brunch. Expect a limited menu due to covid; I wanted the Crab Benedict but I was just as happy having the yummy crab bowl; check out the menu to learn more.
Food was good, service was slow.
It was my mother in law’s 65th birthday and less to say, she won’t forget such a horrible experience. I can say the manager did try to fix the situation afterwards. I traveled from Iowa to Baltimore to share this occasion with her and I was very disappointed. My chicken came out Burnt! So did my son’s. My mother in law steak was so small and taste less. For $22 you expected to get at least 6 oz! After such horrible food, the waitress dropped a plate and it broke on my nephew’s phone. When the plate broke syrup splattered all on their clothes. Luckily it wasn’t white. I really expected much more for this restaurant. I’ve visited other franchises over the states and never had such a poor experience.
See picture below
The food is always spectacular and the servers are always pleasant. This trip didn’t disappoint. A bit strange because COVID has limited indoor dining but the staff still delivered!
Fast service and great food as always. I was bothered that I saw servers with masks that didn't cover their noses and the managers said nothing to them though.
Urghhh! The food quality has diminished since the last times I have been to the Iron Rooster. The candied bacon pop tarts were undercooked and had an obnoxious amount of icing and whipped cream. It was so unappealing. The crab has was pretty decent, but the shrimp and grits had something weird going on with the sauce. Although the restaurant was pretty empty, it took about 10 minutes to be greeted and 35 minutes to receive our food. The waiter was unenthused and super blah. I wouldn't return. There are too many places in the area with fantastic service and food.
This place is always a go to whenever I have friends in town. The food is great, everyone is very friendly, and I’ve had great experiences at both locations
Food was cold and not good. Service was slow and lacking.
Our first time at the Iron Rooster and we will be back. Our server recommended and highly endorsed the RoosTart from their menu that we ordered 1 savory and 1 sweet for the table. Despite this build up, our server still undersold just how delicious the two the RoosTart we got were. The breakfast and lunch plates we ordered did not disappoint either. The service was outstanding, friendly and attentive.
Greta homemade poptarts and quiet location. Will def be back
Staff was friendly, we were seated on time and the food was great.
It was so abysmally average... might as well have been an Applebee’s. Would not go back.
Food was ok. Wasn’t packed so I’m. It sure why everything took so long(food, service, etc.).
The service was excellent! The food was delicious!!!!
Thank you for a wonderful meal!!!!!
I had a great experience and the food was yummy
Waitress, Essence was phenomenal. Including the overall customer service. However, the food wasn’t a good. It wasn’t horrible but it was not what we were expecting.
