I’m all for people having a good time at a bar, however, there was one really loud/obnoxious man that was talking and laughing really loud. It was not a fun time for my husband and I this time.
Nice place to go for a date and being able to reserve a table on a Saturday night was an added perk.
Just decided to grab dinner out. The staff was excellent, giving us a trial shot of a new beer. The food was excellent as always. A great place for a weekday stop!
Always great food. Excellent beer selections. The service is outstanding friendly.
Most food was ok. My mother in laws steak was ordered medium but came out raw. We sent it back to be put back on the grill for a bit and it came back raw again after 10 minutes. Disappointed.
Great service, great food. We had a wonderful experience. Yummy beer tasting- our waitress Kristen was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Manager introduced herself and was so nice. Food was great-amazing burgers and sandwiches. 5 stars all the way.
Our server Liv was exceptional however our meal was not. The soup came after my meal, and the cup charge was higher than noted on the menu. The salmon was dry. The beer was not icy cold and too many are brewed with pine.
We dined at Iron Hill in Phoenixville, PA for the first time this weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the food certainly met our expectations and then some! Our favorites were the crab cakes. So flavorful, and minimal filler! We would highly recommend the restaurant, and we definitely plan to return.
Celebrated my daughter’s 36th birthday. Made reservations and were seated right on time. Nate was an excellent waiter.
Food and service were excellent as was menu choices.
Great restaurant. Seated quickly. Our waitress was fantastic! Let us sample beers. Food came out quickly and hot and was delicious.
The waitress was slow. We didn’t see her much through the whole dining experience.I ordered a soda and when I got it, it was flat. I told her about it and she said that it has been an issue all day. She could have warned me about it. I felt like we were being rushed through our dinner. We weren’t even half way through the meal and she was already asking about desert and bringing over the check
Great food as usual! Iron Hill does not disappoint.
A Fathers Day treat for my husband at his favorite brewery!
As always, Iron Hill does not disappoint. Good food, good beer and attentive service. Our go to place in Phoenixville.
I wasn't at all impressed. I was here a few years ago and it was nice for my dads retirement lunch. Our waiter was not very attentive; it wasn't even busy. I probably won't go back I'll try the new place across the street.
Dined here on a Saturday night and highly recommend a reservation as the wait for others seemed long. It was very busy with large groups, so if you are bothered by noise I would suggest you try another location. But, the food it very good and the service was as well, especially considering how crowded it was.
First time guests. We were under a time constraint and pleased that the service was fast. Food was excellent. Beer too!
Food was good. Service was ok. Way too many kids and noisy
Great area but be prepared to search for and pay for parking on Friday/Saturday.
Food was good. Nothing special but good. We were VERY disappointed in the beer. We heard such great things but the beer was very bland and most were flat.
If you want a good beer go around to corner to any of the real breweries and taprooms in Pville
I like Iron Hill - Phoenixville. They consistently have good food and service. We were there on a Saturday evening before a show at The Colonial for dinner. Had a reservation and were seated right away. Some friendly advice...do yourself a favor and make a reservation for a Saturday evening so you're not sitting waiting however long because you didn't make a reservation. Save yourself the frustration. Anyway...got seated right away. Server came over almost right after we were seated to take our drink order. I had one of their specialty cocktails called a cucumber cooler. To be honest, I didn't like it that much. I drank it, but I'll never get it again. Just tasted weird to me. In theory the ingredients sound like it would be very good, but in my opinion it's not. I followed that up with a white sangria. Much better. My husband had their Vienna Red I think it was and he liked it. I had a bowl of their Louisiana chicken gumbo. Delicious! And I had a mesclun salad as well, also very good. My husband had the fish and chips. He seemed to like it. We didn't have dessert. Overall a good meal. My biggest complaint is that it is VERY loud in the dining room. Crazy loud. You can barely hear each other talking unless you yell. It's the loudest restaurant I've ever eaten in. But, not a reason to not dine there and I will again. That's just a warning.
One of our favorite
Iron Hill never disappoints at this location. We enjoy sitting outside with the nice weather, have always had an attentive wait staff person and the food is always good and served appealing. Hubby always enjoys the beers! Great Place.
We been to iron Hill Phoenixville many times over the years; it is usually our 'go to restaurant' when we we want a better meal than pub food. It's also been our restaurant of choice to take friends visiting from out of the area/country. Our most recent visit was a big disappointment on Thu, May 30, 2019. We had taken friends visiting from CO. The restaurant was fairly empty at 5:45pm. Our waitress brought us some beer samples, then we each ordered a beer. We had our appetizer salad before beer was ever brought and had to ask about it. She completely forgot about the beer(in a brewery?)! They've also removed some items from the menu that we like, in particular, the pizzas. The waitress informed us it was because they were less than 5% of sales. Are they in it just for pure profits or to offer a good variety to the customers? The waitress came and asked us if we wanted dessert before we were even finished with our main course then proceeded to leave the bill before we were finished eating. It'll be a while before we return. As you know there are so many other places to choose from in Phoenixville!
Everything was awesome, sat outside. Only complaint was a food delivery truck with a loud cooler motor ran right in front of us for 25+ minutes!
Been coming here for years. Great food. Lots of variety with the specials and the beers. Servers are the best.
Food was amazing, and was a great atmosphere for a special time with family.
Service was very good, and having two kids makes that the most important piece of the dinning experience.
The food was on point as well from my nachos, and wife’s sliders, to both of my kids meals.
It took a long time for us to receive our food. We were the first table in the restaurant and still we waited a long time. Not sure why that was the case.
My husband got the crab eggs benedict and the eggs were overdone. Other than that the other food was good.
We had a reservation at 8 but still had to wait 15 minutes because people weren't leaving. The food was good except I think they changed the recipe & sides for the crab cakes because it tasted & looked different from my previous visits.
I made my reservations a week ahead for 6 people only to arrive and be seated in a booth. Our party was cramped and uncomfortable. Service took forever. One entree i n our group ha d to be returned because it was undercooked. When the entree finally was served there were no potatoes on the plate. The manager did take the entree off our bill. Our evening was less than enjoyable.
Great burgers! Dog-friendly on the outside patio. They brought out a bowl of water for our dog. He appreciated it.
Always consistently good.
Very good food and beer, efficient and pleasant wait staff, nice environment. King of the Hill is a good program
Great food, great beer, good for family meal. Great for get together with friends
Third year in a row we have eaten Easter dinner there. Excellent food, service and atmosphere!
We weren't really sure what to expect from Iron Hill Brewery as we had never been there before.
The atmosphere was so nice. Our waitress and all the staff were amazing.
The food & beer were fantastic!
We will definitely recommend Iron Hill to anyone that asks for a place to go to.
We will go back again & again.
Waitress affable!!! Reception staff communicated. Booths enabled a degree a private
