I made reservation for a booth. When we got there, they stuck is a VERY Small Booth. My Husband Is 6'3 And It Was Not Very Comfortable. I Would Specify Next Time For A Large Booth. The Service Was Good And The Food Was Good Ad Well.
The last 2 visits we had over the past 6 weeks, were AWFUL. Food good; service horrendous. Tonight we went in at 8 and it was 1/2 empty. Waiter was totally non-attentive and kitchen was awful slow. Asked waiter for side plates and condiments which never came. Won’t be back for a while.
Our severs led by Micayla were great! The food is always good. Thought the nachos were less plentiful than usual.
The hostesses were not friendly or attentive. We were told “if you want to sit right there you can seat yourself “. That was accompanied by a pointing finger and no menus.
We got our menus ourselves.
We have been to this Iron Hill location multiple times and every visit is great! The menu changes enough that there is always something new to try as well as the standards. Beer selection is also always changing to keep things fresh. If you find yourself becoming a repeat customer definitely join the King of the Hill rewards program. It pays for itself very quickly.
new menu options were great - we ordered appetizers to share and we loved the new burgers on the menu and each of us ordered a different side, the servers attended to all the details. Though the food was a little under-cooked for the temp we asked, we didn't send it back. Reserving a table with Open Table was easy, quick and made entering the restaurant a lot easier.
My overall experience with dining here was great. The only real downfall was the parking prior to entering the restaurant. There was no close parking AT ALL. Finally once I found some parking it was okay. When we entered the restaurant we were seated immediately. The server was very informative with the food/drink options. I even asked for a pairing for my meal, and which beer worked best, and he did a great job! (I had the crab cake sandwich with their red ale) Although the pricing was a little more expensive for two people, I thought it was appropriate for the occasional date night. I would highly recommend.
Food was delicious as always. Server was not rude, but didn’t engage. No smile, seemed a bit put off to have a large table with split checks. He did his job and nothing more.
Also, as a party of 8 being seated at 6pm, we were not allowed to get happy hour specials for drinks because we weren’t at the bar. It’s off putting to be charged full price just because we were actually HAVING A FULL DINNER and not just drinks apps.
The Iron Hill is our go to restaurant for business lunches. Great atmosphere with reasonable pricing that allows for enjoyable experience when we visit. Looking forward to the next occasion to go there.
Server was great! Food was great! Music played was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!
We love dining at Iron Hill and although all of our servers have been very good, tonight our waiter was Jeff. Jeff was really a great waiter and he made tonight's meal extra special. It was a great dinner food wise and this is one of our special restaurants.
To anyone that reads this, please try Iron Hill.
