Did not find out till bill received that we could not use both $20 koth $s and our complimentary koth Anniversary appetizer. Service very slow also.
Ordinarily good but was very busy and service was quite slow for us
The meat quality of the tenderloin tips was really poor........
St James Church tasting of the St James Ale.
Tonight was a fundraiser for a upcoming mission trip to Puerto Rico.
First time visitor to Lancaster. Amazing food, terrific beer.
Holiday family gathering
My wife and I were seated promptly and our server took very good care of us. The ribs I ordered were vey good, however the quality of my wife's steak did not justify the price we paid for it.
love Iron Hill but very disappointed you all got rid of the chicken voodoo pizza. This has been a favorite from day 1. Bring it back!!!
Our table was a straight line from the door and we were hit by a blast of cold air every time the door opened.
But the food was great and fast
Great beer and a nice selection of entrees. It does seem slightly overpriced to me.
One of our favorite places. Great staff. Good food. Very good beer.
Each time we visit Iron Hill we have a pleasant experience. Brianna was our server. She was very attentive to the two of us despite having a couple of large parties to wait on also. While at the same time maintaining a great "tude"! Food was great as usual and we will return.
Food quality and portions were fine. Service was quite slow but server was polite. I had to leave table to find salt and pepper and also straws for dessert root beer floats. But overall very good experience and will come back again. I realize it is this type of restaurant but the noise level was very high in that you heard every surrounding tables conversation because you had to shout to be heard.
I ordered their shrimp bowl. It would be a decent plate, but there was so much hot pepper that it was difficult to enjoy. I’ve had better bowls at Asian places, and they were better priced.
It was a great experience. Food was amazing, services as great too.
Service continues to decline at this location. Was a favorite restaurant of mine and so this has been very disappointing as service was always a positive attribute of a visit here.
I made a reservation for 3. When I arrived I told them I was waiting for two people and they seated me first. When my friends arrived, they were told I wasn't there yet and they were seated in a different dining room.. Thank goodness for cell phones we were able to locate each other after 15 minutes of waiting for each other. The waitpersons did not make a fuss about combining us to one table. The problem was at the front desk.
The service and food were excellent - two members of our party had the salmon burger and said they had not had any kind of seafood burger as good as the one at Iron Hill
Always enjoy going to Iron Hill and using OpenTable makes the visit more enjoyable since I do not to wait on a list to get seated.
Fantastic food. We've never had anything that wasn't perfect. Consistently excellent service
Saturday night was very busy and we were taken to our reserved table within 5 minutes: however, it took 20 minutes to be acknowledged once seated and that was because we finally asked if there was a problem. Service was immediate and very good after the initial snafu. The food was great and our sever was very pleasant . We enjoyed ourselves, but I must warn you that it usually very noisy on a weekend night.
I had sent an email through their website explaining the bad experience that we had.
Food was average
Staff was extremely friendly. Food was very good. Bartenders explained drafts.
Always a great meal. Sometimes not always great service. Good, but not great.
We had exceptional service from our server, Tesla. She made our dining experience much more pleasurable. I had one of the best onion soups I ever had. Top notch all the way.
We had a great time! Food was great. Lightning was good. Service was amazing.
The food was fantastic and healthy. I had one of the bowls with salmon and butternut squash and brussel sprouts and quinoa. Wonderful. Our service is terrific and we sat in a booth next a sunny window which was lovely I will be back. All the best!
Alway good food and good service at Iron Hill. Enjoyed the specials and the beers.
The food was mediocre. The server took a long time to bring water then rushed us to order our meals when she took the drink order. The food was cold and not outstanding. We met friends there at their recommendation and I think that will be our last time. Not worth spending the money.
We had reservations for my birthday with our daughter. We were seated in a corner at a table for 2 and squeezed a high chair by it. They had no other tables available. We barely had any room for our food and drinks. When asked they said they had no ciders at the bar (I’m gluten free) so I ordered wine. Later I discovered they had two gluten free beers and the waitress never suggested them. It was a special occasion so I ordered a steak. It was over cooked and there was barely any sides with it. I thought it was poor quality for the price. My husband ordered several appetizers—not considering our small table. He said they were all okay. It was disappointing because we had eaten there several times years previously and love it.
The food was very good, service good and the two children’s meals were very good. Very impressed w/ the children’s fish ( fish & chips meal). The children took their lemonade to go. It was a very nice lunch and I would certainly recommend anyone visit The Iron Hill Brewing Co
Our reservation was for 6:15. We didn’t get seated until 6:33 & there were only two of us.
Our server was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the rib eye I paid $29 for was a poor cut of meat full fat and gristle. I have had better cut of meat at TGI Fridays for $14. My date wanted Ahi Tuna and they were out. She ordered chicken and it was under cooked. Then when I got the bill I was charged $9 for my salad which I thought was high. When I questioned my server on the charge she said it should have been discounted. However, when I ordered my meal she stated "it comes with soup or salad". She would not take it off the bill. Overall, for money I paid and the quality of food I received I probably won't be back.
Food was not at the same high level as our past visits
Simply always great food and service. We really enjoy eating here.
We had a reservation for 7:15 was early so we got sat exactly at 7:15. Got our drink order taken and we ordered at 22oz and received a 16oz. She took our order right away. Food came out burger was under cooked and salad was just gross. But our server never came to do a two minute check back or even after two bites. I didn’t eat my salad so I had to sit there with it in front of me waiting for someone to come to our table. 45 MINUTES LATER our server finally came by. I got my check and left. I’m a server and understand you get busy but that was ridiculous
