   The food and beer is always great! Always raising the bar (no pun intended). They accommodated our reservations from 8 to 11 a week in advance. It was Mother’s Day weekend so it was busy but everything was lovely. Thank you again for a great experience!

   Took my wife and our 5 kids for Mother’s Day. Main course took over an hour to come out. It was so late, two of our children had to leave before the food came out so they missed it and it ruined the entire experience. When it did finally come out, it was lukewarm at best. It really wasn’t that crowded, no reason it should take that long for a few burgers, eggs, and a pizza. Would definitely not recommend booking here for any special occasion.

   Appetizers were great but the rest of the food took over an hour to arrive and when it did one burger order was wrong and a salad order had grilled chicken that was pink and raw. Then no discount for the long wait or apology for the quality of the food. Very disappointed.

   Waiter did a good job with what he had. We sat outside and it took forever for them to make the meal. It was Mother’s Day and I’m sure the kitchen was busy but we waited over an hour before the food showed up. Normally not this bad but make sure you’re not going in a busy day.

   We sat down at 12:15pm with a reservation. Our first few sodas were served in plastic cups which was odd but whatever. Then get the app, it’s fine. Order our food. It’s 1 and no food yet. Finally 1:30 rolls around and our two grilled chicken sandwiches and breakfast plate comes. Chicken was horrible, tough and no flavor. It just took WAY too long to get our food and even then it was bad and pricey.

   The menu looked really good with lots of choices for lunch and brunch, but the food and service were subpar. Waitress didn’t come back to table after food was delivered, sides were wrong, food was cold and one meal was missing. She just didn’t care. We had to ask her to refill waters, we went to the bar ourselves to get tea refills. When the manager asked how everything was, we told him the truth and he just said thank for the feedback and sorry. He did offer free dessert…and we declined. They did and up taking 10% off the bill, but never communicated it to us. The manager didn’t seem to care either. Just not sure how this place has so many locations, it’s like fast food but priced really high. Would not go back to this or any other location.

   We went today for Mother’s Day brunch with a 10am reservation. When we showed up for our reservation, the doors were still locked and waitresses were still arriving. For a busy day like Mother’s Day, in a college town on graduation weekend, some forethought for staff preparedness would have been beneficial. The menu sounded nice, but the food did not stand up to what the menu suggested. The Bloody Maria’s presentation as poor - it was supposed to come with bacon and a rim, but looked like V8 in a glass. The avocado toast was ok, but potatoes served with it were very undercooked. The biscuits and gravy portion was small, and had very little gravy on it. Our waitress was kind, but clearly not comfortable to be solo on a busy day. I tried to order a plain waffle or pancake for my toddler, and she came back 10-15 mins after order placement to say the kitchen could not accommodate. We ordered her a waffle, which came out much later than everyone else’s food (we were almost done eating when it came), and actually ended up being a very sweet breaded and fried French toast. My mom ordered Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, and she was served breakfast egg rolls. It would have been nice for a manager to stop by the table with the number of snafu’s but we saw no one. Would not go here again for a special day or event.
