Awesome hidden gem! Don’t be fooled by the outside! Food was amazing!

Great service, great food. Ordered the signature $19 Manhattan. Was nothing special. Everything else was wonderful.

This was our second time at the Iron Duck, and we really enjoyed our meal. It is greatly appreciated the time taken to address a food allergy ahead of time. My parents were in town for the weekend and this was a great spot to take them for a meal that wasn't 'too fancy', but also wasn't 'overly casual'. It hits the in-between mark perfectly! Thank you !

We celebrated my husbands 40th Birthday here. We had our boys along 8 and 5. They split the build your own burger and the kitchen was generous in giving them both a full serving of fries. I had the salmon which was fantastic and my husband loved the duck. He said it was so good he would have licked the plate clean if it was socially acceptable to do that! They also were really generous in that the staff bought a drink and dessert for his birthday. So many amazing choices definitely recommend!

Also be sure to try a tres leches for dessert. So good!!

We ordered fries and portobello fingers for apps. The waitress however did not bring us the fries. We both had the filet with mashed potatoes for our entrees. Mine was cooked perfectly. His was a little on the well side. Also his steak was significantly smaller than mine and looked like they had cut a chunk off the side. We were far from impressed by the mashed potatoes. It was very obvious that they had used potato flakes instead of homemade mashed potatoes. So disappointing! I’m all for giving a restaurant a second try if the food isn’t perfectly executed or the waitress makes a mistake, like forgetting our fries, however they clearly are skimping on quality ingredients. I don’t see that changing.

Main courses were great. The desserts were average. I had a cake that was very dry and was refrigerated and served cold. Husband had gelato that was very hard, also plated in advance? We would try another time, but pass on desserts.

The grilled sourdough bread appetizer was to die for. Also ordered the duck green chili, filet, and herb roasted chicken. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection.

Sat at the bar before dinner. Fun conversation with Eddie, our Bartender! Enjoyed a cocktail and some good wine.
Menu options were quite varied and had us wanting to try several items! Both dinners we had were very good.
Rylee, our server was super sweet and very attentive.
The GM, Caleb, stopped over to say hello and was extremely nice suggesting a bottle of wine we hadn’t thought of - great selection!! (Thanks Caleb!)
If you live in the Green Bat area, you MUST go! You have a real gem in your own backyard!

Good social distancing at bar and masks worn by all service personnel. We had a large booth within one on of the boxcars and had no one within 20 feet of us.
THE BEST THING FOR ME WAS: GLUTEN FREE!!! The cheese curds, cookies, tempura and clearly labeled entrees were gluten free and excellent. Our server was able to talk to the chef about making a non gluten free entree gluten free as well. Having celiac, I am not used to getting appetizers like this without making them myself, so it was an unexpected treat.

The cost was very reasonable. The jambalaya and duck were wonderful. The specialty drinks were tasty (cranberry spiced reduction drinks were festive). I really appreciated the number of non-alcoholic beer and mocktail as well.

High expectations were dashed with terrible food. Wings were over brined and way over cooked. Best part of the meal were the French fries. Place want buddy but device was lacking. Traveled from Appleton for the botanical gardens. Wouldn’t go back.

Restaurant was very clean and spaced out. Employees wore masks. The drinks at the bar were good. We sat at our scheduled time. We ordered a salad and app and then our entree. All the dishes were very good. The reason for the lower star on service was because of the time it took to get our food. We sat at our table for at least an hour and maybe a little more. It took awhile for our entree to come. However that is our only complaint. We would go back.

I had the salmon and he had the Jambalaya. Both wonderful & tasty with our beverages!

Appetizers and drinks were great. Food was outstanding, and the waitress was very attentive. Ambiance was great, lots of privacy and very little noise from the packed bar area if desired. Would definitely eat there again!

Delicious chef-created food. During our meal (outside seating is very nice) we saw the chef go out to the garden and pick some produce. Can't get more fresh than that!

Some of the food items were a little high priced but the service, foods and drink quality was outstanding. My group would go back again!

Food was excellent. Teres Major steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. Only criticism pertained to Hostess who seemed disorganized and unprofessional. She did not make a good a first impression when entering the restaurant. Would definitely return.

Everything is absolutely amazing. The food and drinks are phenomenal. The staff is phenomenal. If I had an endless amount of money, I would eat there every night. I no longer have to ask "where are we going for dinner tonight?" And then have to pick between 3 or 4 of our favorite places. Its automatically the iron duck now.

Food was amazing! Cooked perfectly, didn’t take too long and the food was so different and unique dining experience. Very classy casual, but such great food!

Bitter cold here tonight. We were seated at a table on an outside wall. It was so cold I needed to cover my legs with my coat to be able to enjoy an otherwise great dinner.

We are not big eaters so my wife and I split a bruschetta and a burger with house fries.
The bruschetta was OK, but I would not order it again, the burger was very good, done just right and very flavorful, the fries were good also. My wife ordered a vodka and cranberry juice, but the drink tasted very strange, I think they used very cheap cranberry juice that tasted more like apple juice. I don't think we'll go back there unless someone in a group wants to go there.

Food was excellent and so were the drinks from the bar area. The atmosphere was very loud, hard to hear if you have anyone with a hearing aid in your party. We waited quite a bit of time between ordering and actually getting our food. Patience is a virtue. I had the almond crusted trout and was extremely satisfied with my choice, had enough to take home half for lunch the next day. The others in the party had the Saturday special of prime rib and were happy. Prices are $$$, expect a higher supper club price with out a salad bar or bread service.

Our party of 5 were very satisfied with Iron Duck, as service was very good and food delicious. Each one in our party ordered a different item, and each one was very satisfied. with everything. We were celebrating birthdays and was given a free dessert after dinner. We will be returning again.

Good menu options with a unique approach. Food was very good. Table area was warm (temp) and quiet yet restraint was very busy. Adding this to our local favorites.
