Consistently good. I had the sea scallops with the oyster sauce. Wonderful!!! This the first time I brought my husband and I found the vegetarian selection disappointing. The menu on open table had the tofu and it wasn’t available. I want to keep coming but I need variety for my hubby.

My wine flight was delightful. And dessert, cream brûlée was over the top.

Our server was excellent and knowledgeable. A wow evening!

Because we arrived about 15 minutes before our reservation, we had to initially sit at the bar, where we had drinks and a wonderful appetizer (calamari). When our table was ready, the hostess escorted us to our a table in the main dining area. Our server went over the menu and specials of the day with us. Our entrees (my date had seared scallops with forbidden rice and I ordered Tuscan kale and plantain gnocchi) were served quickly and both were delicious.

The only thing that was less than perfect was the noise, but that was due to one loud party. I have been there before and the noise level is usually not high.

First time - been past it countless times. Casual but nice facility. Menu is limited. Calamari was good but, fir $13, could have been a bigger portion. Mushroom Risotto was "gummy". Portion was filling though. It didn't "wow" me and I likely wouldn't order it again....

Wonderful food, but too loud.

We love the Iron Bridge. However, we do not recommend dining in the room to the right of the hostess (as you enter) on weekend evenings. It can be incredibly loud. There are some sound panels on the ceiling, but no carpet, and there is a big table in the center of the room that often has noisy boisterous groups. Our last experience was truly painful because of the noise. If you want quiet, try lunch, an early dinner, and/or the room where the bar is located. Otherwise, the place is just wonderful.

The food and wine were excellent as usual. There was a large group that were very boisterous ruining the atmosphere in thr room we were seated in for everyone else. I think they thought they were in a bar vs a fine dining restaurant. No knock on the restaurant, although they should have sent a manager over to remind them where they were....

I am a frequent visitor to this restaurant for lunch. Menu has good options and their creme brulee is second to none. The side of the restaurant where the bar is, is nice but I dont care for the ambiance in the room to the right. Overall a nice place to meet friends for lunch.

Had a lovely red wine from Idaho (who knew?) recommended by our server. The Italian sausage arancini was crispy on outside and absolutely delicious and creamy on inside; the mushroom risotto was so creamy and comforting with just the right amount of truffle oil. Of course, the crème brulee ... what else can I say? Iron Bridge continues to exceed expectations and remains one of my 2 favorite restaurants in Columbia.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The menu changes frequently and reflects the season, but there are always plenty of options (plus a burger that's always on the menu, as far as I know), so everyone should be able to find something that appeals. Cocktails are creatively named and well prepared.

Iron Bridge Wine Company is absolutely fabulous. We have always enjoyed dining at Iron Bridge. This past Monday was our 46th Wedding Anniversary and Cat (Catherine) was our server. We had the absolute best time that evening.

Just a quiet family dinner at the end of the Thanksgiving weekend. Just what we needed... to be pampered a little after we fed everyone else all weekend! Ambience was delightful as we were seated in front of the fireplace. Service was excellent, food was delightful.

We very much enjoyed our Sunday brunch at Iron Bridge. They were extremely attentive to my wife's gluten-free needs. The GF items are clearly marked on the menu. Others can be adapted. We especially love being able to pick out our own wine from a very large variety at a reasonable (for a restaurant) price. The food portion sizes were disappointing, especially for the price. But otherwise, we like the restaurant and will return.

This cozy restaurant has a great vibe - casual, warm, and a fun place to go. The food never disappoints, from the specials (appetizer burrata was especially good) and the main courses. The creme brulee is truly the best I've ever had!

Despite telling our waiter we wanted to take our time b/c we had a sitter at home, our meals came so quickly. With an appetizer, bottle of wine and meals with recovery time we were in and out in an hour. :( Disappointing.

Six people all found something on the menu, would have liked maybe three more choices. Prior to ordering I asked how many scallops on the order and was told four. Order came out with three, two were small. It was no problem getting the fourth one, tasted great, I'm glad I had asked how many, or would have been disappointed. Still, not a great portion, but plenty of greens. Would still probably return, the menu was interesting.

Went here for a night away from the kiddos with my two girlfriends. The food was amazing. The service was incredible. And I really appreciated that we never felt rushed to leave. Great experience and can’t wait to go back.

If they are serving sweet potato chowder, do yourself a favor and order a bowl. Holy amazing.

Have been here a few times but this time was
just so-so. The server was a bit cocky. I arrived first and was seated but then stood up to use the restroom. I asked him what the steak specials were as I was standing up and he told me to go to the ladies room first and then he would go over the specials when the other guest arrived. Seriously?! The wine portion was skimpy for $16/glass. 3-4oz a pour! I know the difference! The ribeye was tasty but most of mine was fat as my guests was a nicer cut. I was still hungry when I got home. Having said this, the last time I was there everything was great. Also, the guy helping the server and filling our water glasses was wonderful! Don’t think I’ll be back for awhile. Oh and the couple sitting next to us had their iPad and cell phones turned up and were very distracting especially since seating is tight.

We were hoping for a reasonably quiet place for a special event, but the noise level was so bad we could hardly have a conversation. The food was excellent. We had brussel sprouts and calimari to start and both were very good. The scallops and Delmonico steak were very tasty and well prepared.

Easily the most customer friendly restaurant we know of. They treat customers like they are part of the family. They go out of their way to accommodate special requests. To top it off the food is great and you literally have hundreds of wines to select from lining their walls.

It was a cold & rainy night when we went to Iron Bridge. It added to the special atmosphere. IB is like an old roadhouse on a country road. We came in to the most cozy warm place with a roaring fireplace soft light and wine bottles stacked around the restaurant. Add to this wonderful service, great food, and a delicious inexpensive wine suggested by our waiter. If you go on Tuesday they have creme broulet night. Which again, is delicious in its own right but if you get the one that’s missing the chocolate ganache you get a great prize.

The food, the signature cocktails, the wine selection, the service, and the ambiance all were wonderful and an uplifting break from the dreary, cold Maryland autumn rain. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had the pumpkin/ginger/orange soup as a starter. The spicing and the consistency were perfect, not too thick and not overly spiced. The bistro steak entree, which was accompanied by fresh unadulterated arugula and roasted root vegetables, was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The seared sea scallops, which were served with forbidden rice and kale in a rich tarragon cream sauce, were delectable. The creme brûlée on chocolate ganache was a sinful conclusion. The only negative was the coffee, which needs attention. I would highly recommend this wonderful, casual suburban bistro.

Always love a trip to Iron Bridge! The crispy brussel sprouts are my favorite and what I get everytime I go as an appetizer. Wine is also wonderful. Pretty expensive but worth it. But if you want to a buy a bottle, but elsewhere unless it's something hard to find.
