   It was VERY quiet when we went there for Sunday lunch. Easy to park, very bright inside, the music wasn't too loud. The man who waited on us was friendly and helpful. He had no problem with us lingering for a while until it was time to head to the theater (we were taking in the 2:00 performance of Blue Man Group). I learned about the place from an article in the Chicago Tribune which mentioned the blueberry pancakes. I ordered those and they were great. The restroom was large and very clean. Overall, just a nice place to visit. I'd definitely go there again.

   This place is a hidden gem with a huge parking lot! We visited on a slow night so we were able to talk to the owner and the bartender. Everyone made us feel welcome and very friendly. We ordered the goat cheese and leek appetizer along with the short rib potstickers. They were both outstanding. We both had the fish and chips for dinner and declared them the best fish and chips we ever had! The tempura style batter was so light and fluffy. We were too full for dessert but we took some pastries home and they were amazing. The pastry melted in your mouth! We can’t wait to go back.

   This is a cool place. It is off the path of eateries in Chicago. A block from Armitage and Elston. Right on the river. The decor is nautical. There are flags from the Chicago to Mac Race, an Island Goat flag, posters of Stars and Strips the America's Cup boat. The food is light and very good. The martini's were good. The owner told me she is having an outdoor patio put in on the river side of the building for next summer.

   We went early on Saturday evening. The food was great. There are multiple options on the menu for non-carnivores. The food was fresh and interesting without hitting on the usual cliches found repeatedly on menus. We will definitely return. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Great baked sweets are available to take home or eat there for dessert.

   The interior is really cute. We went for dinner and both had the "fish and chips" which were fine....The bar menu was sort of limited. I was excited to try to desserts. They were also fine. Nothing I went crazy about. I will go back and try their breakfast and lunch menu.

   Eclectic menu. Food was good. Kitchen was super slow and there were only a handful of diners.

   this was my second visit. 1st one because of write up in tribune by breakfast queen Ina! and steve dolinsky was also filming on that day ( side note i’m in his taping). now to the more important stuff; place is just charming as well as the service. food was yummy. we had blueberry pancakes with homemade lemon curd and ricotta. in addition, we had a breakfast sandwich, shared both items. lastly, we were full but had to end our meal with alittle something sweet ( red velvet cake ball and double chocolate cake ball) i would highly recommend going here anytime. a bonus is free oarking👍👍👍😋

    I went for brunch with a friend and we ordered breakfast food. I really liked the egg breakfast biscuit sandwich with bacon. The other lunch options sounded yummy, so we will be back to try lunch. I also bought some pop tarts for a treat later, which were good.
