Outing for parents and dads birthday

We had a large order between the 4 of us. Food was outstanding, however I didn't care for the rib eye. It wasn't as tender and juicy as you would expect from a rib eye but overall it was a very good meal.

Excellent service and good food. A little pricey for bbq but but was all very good. Shareable portions. Had a nice bottle of champagne (Charles Heidsieck) to complement the food which was excellent and I would suggest to anyone that is curious to give it a whirl.

The restaurant week food was not good not worth the price

It’s my 3rd time dinning here and I just LOVE IT! My husband and I usually go celebrate our anniversary here but this time I took my mom since we’re always bragging about the delicious food they serve and she LOVED IT TOO! Our server was so attentive and nice (can’t remember his name ). HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to everyone!

It was our first time eating at International Smoke and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent and plenty to eat even for me, a pescatarian. Salmon was delicious, as was the Little Gem caesar salad, which had separate leaves dressed in a delicious creamy dressing. My daughter loved her ribs...to be expected here. Craft cocktails are front and center and delicious! As most everything is ala carte, the bill can get pricey, so beware! We were unaware of the back room...super high ceilings and lovely...that will be a must for our next visit. All was Covid proper. We will be back soon!

Me and my friend took our moms here for their birthday’s and it was great !! The service was good and our food was great !! I would definitely recommended this restaurant. The rib combo is definitely worth sharing at the table along with the family size sides , we also got the salmon and the filet and they were also great !! If your in San Fran definitely make a stop here !!

Food was good, service was excellent, wheelchair accessibility was top-notch.

Our reservations were at 5:00 p.m. om Saturday, March 7, 2019. However, the manager stated that there had been a malfunction with he oven and it blew out. In other words, they were not able to serve any food and would give us a $25.00 credit for each one in my party of six to come back another time.

We were very disappointed. We looked forward to having a nice meal at an upscale restaurant.

This was my second visit. The first time I went I ordered half rack of Vietnamese lemongrass and they were perfect - fell off the bone, juicy, and tender.

This second visit was the complete opposite. I ordered the Korean flavored and maybe that was why, but this rack was dry, little seasoning, chewy, and stuck the bone. I was so disappointed. I took my mother because I wanted her to try the ribs since they were so good the first time. Terrible second time around, I don’t think I’ll go back any time soon.

aside from music level being a little too high for easy conversation, this restaurant does not disappoint!! food was absolutely fantastic - we had Ayesha’s famous cornbread, Cesar salad, lettuce cups w med rare steak, truffle whipped mash potatoes, the brussel sprouts and the combo ribs which are a trio of styles. literally every dish was DELICIOUS, very well prepared, came out in a beautifully timed manner. if we had to name “must try”s, the cornbread the brussel sprouts and the ribs - they were falling off the bone tender.

there’s a saying - go for the food, go back for the service. it also receives 5 stars from us. we didn’t want for anything. there are levels to the wait staff that make the dining experience very pleasant. we will definitely go back to international smoke in the future.

Wonderful food and really interesting presentation. Only "negative" was the food came out all at the same time and too quickly.

Everything we tried was delish as always. We shared the rib dish and just added some sides. We love the International Smoke.

Service was incredible and the food was amazing!

The service was horrible. Though our waiter seemed knowledgeable; he was M.I.A. most of the evening. We continually waited to not only catch his attention, but to see him in general. My guest did not like his dish (the duck) as the meat was not sliced and served as thin as duck should be to avoid thick/greasy chunks of meet. He never got to tell the waiter until we ready to go, since the waiter could not be found. Not a positive experience.

Wonderful place to celebrate a special event!! Ribs and corn bread are delicious!!

The service was very lacking, my colleague had to continually ask to get his beverage refilled it and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to the staff, he had the hardest time getting their attention to get a refill.

I've been here before for lunch and not had a problem.

Really good! We did the business lunch which at $35 seemed like a somewhat expensive lunch but it was a good amount of food (and a bargain compared to the dinner menu)!

Food was fantastic! Good for a date, business lunch or dinner or special occasion. Very expensive.

Three of us went for dinner and three of us loved it. All the staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk people to the waiter to the person who brought the baby strtoller out from it's hiding place. The food was flavorful and yummy. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The place has an up-to-date, warm, inclusive feel. We will be back.

Our sever was amazing- we went for our anniversary and were gifted with a card and two glasses of sparkling rosé. We did the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The noise level is perfect- not too quiet where you feel uncomfortable, but loud enough to still be able to hear your partner or the table. Such a great atmosphere.

It was my mom 64th birthday. Everyone was great from the hostess to server. They were very helpful and made sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back. The food was flavorful and delicious.

My experience here was the best I ever had. The staff was extremely nice and respectful. Also, the food was UH-MAZING!!! I will definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great quality food and 5 star customer service as well. And I will also be coming to this place often because I love to go out to eat, and have drinks lol. 10 stars if that was an option!!!!

Reliably great food & service. Shoutout to Becca, Leilani, and Marina for being so generous and hospitable. This will forever be my go-to restaurant in SF. And I promise you’ll always leave full and incredibly satisfied!

i love all things Mina/Curry so was very sad to have such a disappointing experience. Food was decent-the sashimi appetizer and pork buns were delicious. The rest of the food was just very ok.
The cocktail was a huge disappointment. It was a large glass filled with crushed ice and so diluted I could barely taste the flavor of the drink much less the alcohol. I am a 1-cocktail person because I have a low tolerance, but this drink was probably virgin it was so weak.

The multi-level booths inside make the interior look like a diner and not the upscale eatery i was hoping for.
I won't go back, but hope they make some changes because I would like them to do well.
