First of all I asked about sitting at the Atrium on the reservation. Got there and we were sited at a different location of the restaurant. Hosted would not even consider sitting us else where. We had a view to the street our sitting was in the very back next to the waiters placing orders constant disruption. To add to the already bad experience our window view to the street a woman decided to bring her pants down and go to the bathroom. I am sure this restaurant can do something about their window views. The food was marginal . We did an event a couple of years ago at this restaurant and the experience was amazing the food was gastronomical. This Restaurant is loosing the formula. Our guest were disgusted as we recommended this place as being amazing

Very nice atmosphere, the service was excellent both at the bar before we were seated and once at our table. The food was outstanding, we had the ribs that are served alacarte, we ordered two sides to share and both were excellent.

Not worth the cost of the food. Service was slow and they weren’t even busy. Food was just ok but very pricey. We did the tasting menu for $75 pp and was disappointed. Not much food for the cost. Took at least an hour to just get the main entrees which were lack luster. Not sure we’d go back again which was disappointing.

From the moment we walked in we were treated absolutely great. My party was celebrating an anniversary and they comp us several delicious treats. They were attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. They went above and beyond with the dessert for the 44th anniversary couple they gave them a dessert decorated with a chocolate round that said happy anniversary. I will recommend and go back for sure! You will not be disappointed!

Had wanted to try this restaurant for some time but was totally disappointed at the food and quality of service. Booked this during restaurant week. The only decent item was the curry and cornbread and Thai coconut soup. The black truffle Caesar, duck wings and pork belly buns were average. The jerk chicken, and rib trio grill items were dry, fried rice was mediocre. The dessert was some kind of peanut raspberry pastry which should have been served with a knife and fork vs a spoon as it was so hard and dry that I was afraid it would ricochet off my plate if I attempted to cut it into in with the spoon. Spotty service with server attempting to re- service dishes already provided and long wait times for main courses and dessert. All around a disappointing experience

The staff were very accommodating as our party was large. The wait staff were good and explained dishes we were not familiar with. The food was excellent and everyone in the party were pleased with their selections. Overall, the experience was great and made celebration memorable.

My experience at international smokehouse was amazing from the very charismatic hostess to the attentive gentleman being our waiter to the bartender making amazing drinks, everything was delicious and enjoyable. The food was delectable I had bbq oysters which were baked and topped with some delicious bread or cornbread crumbs not sure which type of crumbs. The cornbread with the curry(ask for extra) are hella good. My medium NY steak was perfectly cooked with the buttery spinach rich mashed potatoes and crispy salted rainbow potatoes were a perfect pair. My bf had the Korean beef short ribs and they were cooked as a brisket fell of the bone deliciousness.. They were paired with a house kimchi and rice served on a cast iron skillet… we had a birthday dessert which was a sesame mochi cake topped w/ diced mango’s. They also gave me a handwritten birthday card which really sealed the deal and appreciated he gesture. Thank you smokehouse for making my birthday dinner memorable. As a a neighbor I’m glad to have you in the neighborhood, I’ll definitely be back.

Brought my mom for her birthday and we had an amazing time. The brussels sprouts, oxtails and cornbread were delicious. We weren't huge fan of the salmon but the drinks definitely hit the spot. The service is great. They went above and beyond to make her feel special. There is also a cake fee fyi. It was pretty packed for Friday with the ambience was nice and cozy.

The wait staff was delightful, efficient and friendly. The Caesar salad was strange. Drenched in crouton crumbs and the dressing was sweet and cloying. The manager came by and asked my husband how his meal was then walked away, totally ignoring me.

Visited International Smoke for my birthday. Tried a few things on the menu. Good but not great! Normally restaurants will give you a complimentary desert for your birthday where your guest can sing Happy Birthday. Not here, they gave me a card and our bill lol. Not as upscale as I thought. I would give this a 3.5 out 5 stars.

Went here for our 10 year anniversary, Joey was spectacular with our service. We ordered the Fuego menu which we highly recommend! The dessert took a little while to come out but really no complaints overall. We scraped our plates clean leaving no food behind!

The sides I had were really good, the ribs were just ok and the service was terrible. I can’t say he was having a bad night because everyone received good service but my table. In the end they made it right however when they corrected it the energy for my birthday celebration was gone. Also most of the stuff I wanted to try from Yelp they didn’t have in the restaurant anymore so that was a bummer as well. Not sure if I’d be back to that location due to the parking and construction and I don’t live in San Francisco. I may try the one in Vegas to see if I can a better experience.

It was the best way to celebrate my birthday! The courses came out perfect timing, everything was so delicious. We ordered the full course w tasting and included add ins. We even ordered ribs and Mac and cheese to go because the food was too good!

Food had hair. Bad construction for over a year. Almost got hit by a car trying to get there. There were blaring construction lights impacting the ambiance. Food was really good and the manager apologized for the hair but this place isn’t what it used to be. I hope it returns. I want to support Ayesha and I love Mina’s restaurants so this was a disappointment.
