   Avoid Interim at all cost. They brought out our swordfish and it was not cooked at all. It was stone cold to the touch. They took It back, cooked it and gave us a free desert. The server was horrified but no apologitic visit from the manager. There was not a manager. No customers in the restaurant. I did not see a chef. Stay away. It will soon close.

   So glad to see the PO folks have landed somewhere!! We were big fans of Collierville but even happier they are in East Memphis now. The Service was fantastic as always, and Jimmy is a wizard with flavors SERIOUSLY! Had a halibut with an elote style sauce and Mrs. had salmon. Will be back for Brunch now that we know they are here.

   Outstanding Dinner all the way around! From service to food we left impressed. Crab claws had such a buttery taste! The liquid was perfect for the bread. My husband is a vegetarian and we were so grateful the chef was able to accommodate us with so many options. Do not skip out on the dessert. The presentation was absolutely beautiful.

   As always, the food, service and ambience were outstanding. The waffles were crisp and the coffee was kept hot. I love the exposed kitchen! I don’t know how they create so quietly! Love this place!!

   It was so noisy I couldn’t hear the people I was dining with. The salmon was mediocre for the price. Just not worth it. Our service was professional And thorough. Won’t be back.

   Soup of the day (potato) was excellent. Birthday celebration, and amazingly enough the 3 of us ordered burgers and fries. Burgers were cooked perfectly...huge...two people can easily share. Creme brûlée...yum! Anna provided outstanding service.

   The food was awesome. Waiter was inattentive, split checks incorrectly and an ordered dessert was never delivered. Easily the worst service at a fine dining restaurant in all my nearly two decades in Memphis. Embarrassing because I had recommended Interim to my friends.

   Food was excellent but service wasn’t the best. There were a good number of servers but drinks and food were slow to arrive, one order wasn’t complete and a condiment was very slow being brought to our table. Food and atmosphere were good.

    Birthday dinner with three friends. We all opted for the burger which was excellent. Way too many slightly soggy fries.Good wine and dessert. The old desserts are really missed. Beautifully presented but not quite the standard Interim has set.

    Thank you for allowing us to celebrate with you! Sad to hear about slightly soggy fries, that should never be the case! Gotta be crispy am I right? Yes, the departure of our previous pastry chef has brought change to the pastry department and the new more finessed style is decidedly different, though we find them a wonderful compliment to the new styling of the dinner menu.
