Inspira in an innovative Costa Rican cuisine restaurant. It was founded in 2016 as a family initiative with the goal of offering a gastronomic alternative to other restaurants in the area. Being a family business, we put our hearts into everything we do and give our best to our clients through friendly service and the highest quality of food. Inspira offers a fresh dining experience, full of the texture and tastes of Costa Rican cuisine. We specialize in adding local elements from our tropical forests and farmlands surrounding La Fortuna de San Carlos. Our priority is to our customers and our community which is why we use local products, from mainly organic sources that provide the highest quality and most delicious flavors.

The steak was excellent and others in my group enjoyed the ceviche and flatbread. The service was excellent and spoke great English. The view of the town square made it a very fun spot.

We loved our meal at this restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was wonderful and everything we ate was delicious. The foods are prepared with a gourmet flare that you would expect from a top restaurant. Highly recommend!!
