Inlet Provision Company Bar and Restaurant
Take time to explore and expect the unexpected from a restaurant where one of the items offered is described as “kinda weird, but tasty.” Lowcountry looks forward to this new venture from our friends at the Hot Fish Club. With a broad menu, pub-inspired atmosphere and an awesome atmosphere, the IPC is shaping up to be a mighty fun place to hang.
Food was okay.
Had a very good experience. Mahi was very good.
The food was so so. Mac & Cheese sampler was unidentifiable as you what it was supposed to be. Chicken and waffles not even close. Drinks so so. Service was great.
Large menu, food was delicious and served promptly..great views and service was great!!
Will definitely be coming back...
Be sure to follow Business 17 (closer to the ocean); our GPS directed us to a non-existent address on Highway 17 which runs parallel. My wife ordered the grouper tacos which were quite tasty and seemed like a good value. I was disappointed with my choice of the lobster and shrimp bombs. They were a bit greasy and it was really hard to identify either any shrimp or lobster in the filling that had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Depending on the tide and season, a table against the rear windows offers great shorebird sighting in the marsh that is only steps away.
Nice restaurant but the food was over cooked and barely warm. For a seafood restaurant, on the water, very poor preparation
We love it here. Great value for your money!!
Food and service was very good.
Had a wonderful meal. Love this place
Sat on patio it was nice. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Food was average. Drinks very weak. I'll give it another try.
A lot of food for the money. Young lady that was my waitress could not have been nicer! We did have a bad experience one other time but hopefully that has been taken care of? Enjoyed my meal this time. Not my first choice but I would gladly go back.
As always the food and service are amazing! The manager is always out checking on tables and asking if he can do anything. We are regulars here and it has yet to disappoint us!
We have enjoyed the Hot Fish Club for many years! This GEM is right next door. Owned by the same owners, who are absolute sticklers for excellence. Last night was no different. We were promptly greeted, and offered inside or out. We chose outside on the lovely deck, overlooking Murrells Inlet. Spectacular view, great moon over the water...and on and on.
We had a very friendly and helpful waitress...Melinda, who made several suggestions. The charcuterie board was one of the very best we have had in our area over the last 20+ years! Our entrees were extremely flavorful, enjoyable, and filling. With that much food, we opted to take the triple chocolate dessert home in the “Ball Jar!”
A great evening...we WILL return, and often.
This is our favorite restaurant on the Grand Strand - the atmosphere is casual and friendly! The perfect complement to a beach vacation day. Varied and creative menu, including a fun assortment of cocktails and craft beers. The extensive menu includes small plates, entrees salads and seafood. Everyone in our party was very satisfied, especially with the scallops and risotto and the shrimp and grits. Great burger too. We’ll be back soon!
We love Provision and Company! We have been there about six times now and it's our new go to when we have friends or family in town! The entire team is friendly and present. The manager is always out and rounding. He greets each table and is very personal. I definitely recommend Provision and Company!
Good good, excellent atmosphere outside by the marsh
Something for everyone here. Small plates are not that small, with a side they are more than enough for a good meal. I had the seafood slider assortment which was very good. Service was excellent with someone coming by frequently to check on you. Desserts were rich but served in a ball jar so easy to take home. Although we ate inside, the marsh views are spectacular from the deck.
Delicious meal and outstanding view of the marsh. Friendly service was perfect. Will definitely keep Inlet Provision Company on our To Do List when we visit the area.
Ate outside on the deck...beautiful evening! Food and drinks were great!! Our waitress Jenny was fantastic!! We will definitely go back!!! Thanks!!
We had a great time! Loved the atmosphere and the food was really good! Moderately priced for the area! We made reservations so I would definitely recommend that!
Beat shrimp and grits!
Food was good but they ran out of most of their desserts by 8:30 on a Saturday night...a little disappointing. The view of the water was great!
I am a local & was excited to try this place. I chose to go here with family and friends for my birthday dinner. I ordered the Salmon & my husband ordered the steak. Almost everything we ate seemed charred to the point it tasted burnt and gross. The server was very friendly but kept forgetting items & all of our food (7 people) was brought out at various times several minutes apart. When we got our bills
(3 seperate) they were all mixed up and had to be fixed. Overall I was Very disappointed. :(
Wow and Woo Hoo. We loved this place.
Menu is creative. I had clam chowder and a caprese salad with shrimp. Both were wonderful. Chowder had flavor of sherry. Salad was brilliantly presented with heirloom tomatoes, a very nice mozzarella and balsamic dress wth capers.
My husband had the sampler with ribs, drum dums (the chicken thighs) and chicken waffles. All were much loved by a picky eater. I got a bite of the chicken thighs, which are not my favorite, and I loved them. Crispy skin with a delicious bbq sauce. Even the French fries were impressive.
Our friends had shrimp and grits which had a New Orleans flavor and lobster roll. All wonderful. No skimping on the lobster.
This was my 3rd visit to Inlet Provision Club. These things happen, but I got a bad glass of wine. Server immediately fixed problem and bartender uncorked a new bottle so I could have a fresh glass, which was much better. But, I do wish bartenders would check the wine when they start their shift. Bad glasses happen often to me and I always feel like a jerk when I have to send it back. The food this time was just okay for me, versus the last two visits where I felt it was better. The drum dum (appetizer) was lukewarm on inside and chicken was pink and not cooked all the way (I didn’t complain or send it back because I had already sent back the bad glass of wine!). However burger my son got was fabulous. Shrimpster roll was as expected. The fries here are very good. Our server Melinda was very attentive and friendly. I believe this is same ownership group as Hot Fish Club, which I love, and have never had a bad meal there. I will probably be back to give them one more try and hope that this most recent visit I had was just an off night.
We were very impressed with the food presentation. And the food was good too! Craft beer selection didn’t offer enough Stouts and Porters.
Overall a great experience!
Our waitress Liz,was excellent !
Food was great!
The restaurant itself was very comfortable and spacious . The view of the marsh is beautiful!
Great location. Friendly staff. Very good steam pit. Enjoyed it thoroughly while gazing across the estuary.
Our waitress was very snappy at first, since it was our first visit there we asked many questions. She was too tired to answer. She did get better as the evening progressed. The view of the Inlet was awesome. The food delicious. We loved the place and will be back
Great experience. Food was good, served in a timely manner and at the right temperature. Ordered small plate selection and house salad. Plenty of food at a good price. Been there before and will definitely return and recommend it to others.
Everything was great! We will be back!
Food was good; not special. Waitress was awesome. Wine list was good and better priced than the food. Remnants of I don’t know what; not edible in my wine glass. I really want to like this place. Will try again.
1st time here and it was outstanding! Had quality recommendations from the bartender and our super server, Liz! Pan sheared scallops, filet, mahi were top notch! Tried something different, lobster n shrimp bombs which very tasty, just a tad too much BBQ sauce. Fabulous meal with fabulous views of the Inlet. Will be making a return trip in the near future.
Quaint hidden gem with a beautiful view. Delicious food and Kaitlyn was a great server. We will definitely visit again.
Overall the food and service were good. Nothing spectacular.
Ate outside, delicious food, watched the water birds & boats, server was very accommodating & brought a complimentary dessert when she heard us talking about it being my mom's birthday.
We live locally and just love Inlet Provisions. I have to admit that I am obsessed with the broiled scallops over the mushroom risotto. Everyone I recommend this item to also love it. My friend had the ahi Tuna the other night and it was also excellent and I think I will order that the next time we go. Also my husband had the chicken salad which he loved. Good wine choices and my husband loves the desserts served in jars. Great addition to the Marsh!
Delicious seafood platter! The scallops are to die for. And the view is the best on the inlet. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We arrived on time and was seated immediately at an outside table. Place was not too crowded so we felt lucky to have a great seat and view. We waited patiently for at least 25 minutes with no service. I saw a waitress pointed to us talking to another but no one stopped. Last straw was another table was seated and waitress was there immediately. After driving 45 minutes it was a big disappointment.
Food was not up to par. Dry ribs, dry chicken tenders, weird sauce on grouper tacos
