Contemporary American
We feature themed menus based on world cultures, stories, seasons, and all types of food that fully change every four to eight weeks. Inland Pacific Kitchen also features a full cocktail bar for spirits, wine and beer selected from local folks and around the world.

Our menu has three to four sections with small composed plates all ranging fewer than twenty dollars. The hope is that you can share and try several items.

We also offer a ten course tasting menus with wine, beer and spirit pairings available. Please give the chefs 24 hour notice for tasting menu.

Chefs Austin and CJ are putting out fantastic meals here. Beautifully plated, thoughtfully considered flavors. A superb representation of the fall season. Got me eating all my veggies! A can't miss spot in Spokane, and you can't say that very often.

Our dining experience at Inland Pacific Kitchen was incredible! The food was amazing and prepared with such delicious expertise. Each bite was incredible, complex, and perfect. The ambiance was lovely, such a beautiful dining location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktails were delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an incredible dining experience--perfect from start to finish! I cannot wait to come back and am recommending this restaurant to everyone I know!

The food, service, and overall experience at Inland Pacific Kitchen was incredible. Our server, Josh, was stellar, expo was well-executed, and Chef Austin visited our table to chat about a couple of the dishes. The heirloom tomato salad and the carrot dessert were the highlights of our meal, but everything we tasted was fab. Thanks for a great evening — Chef Austin is doing amazing things for the Spokane food scene, and IPK’s staff is phenomenal.

I was visiting Spokane from out of town and selected this restaurant based on reviews. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is tucked away on a quiet side street a short walk from our downtown hotel. Both the atmosphere and the menu were sophisticated and would be at home in Portland or Chicago. The creativity was above what I have previously found in Spokane and I hope to go back on my next visit.

We ate here on the last day of a long vacation to Idaho and Montana. As a splurge we decided to do the tasting menu. Every dish we had was amazing, from simple goat cheese stuffed zucchini blossoms to an elaborate tomato salad, to perfectly seared sea scallops and sea bass. The restaurant is in a cool old building with brick walls and industrial vibes. It’s a small space, where the open kitchen and bar take center stage. I highly recommend it for a special occasion, or just for a nice meal out. Cocktails were on point too!

This is The Best Restaurant in Spokane!! Right when you walk into the Washington Cracker Building you feel like you're on your way to somewhere interesting. You come to their door and you have arrived to a Beautiful space-open kitchen, huge windows and gorgeous furnishings! The staff is very knowledgeable and the cuisine is not only Instagram worthy, it is Delicious!! Must Eat Here!

This was a delicious meal. Went there for our anniversary and the small plate concept allowed us to ramble slowly through the evening with scrumptious tastes between bits of conversation. Particularly enjoyed the mushroom dish and the pork dish. The gin cocktail with passion fruit was a great recommendation for me--I don't drink much & wanted something on the sweeter side. A great evening!

IPK just debuted their summer menu and it is a lovely celebration of the bounty of produce this season. We tried almost every dish on the a la carte menu-- incredible corn panna cotta with dehydrated pork, compressed watermelon with black sesame, goat cheese tortellini with peas, the ribeye. The foie gras dish with barley, raspberry, and sweet potato was a showcase of how to prepare foie in unexpected ways; the dish reminded me of Euclid Hall in Denver. But the showstopper for us was the granita: a lovely light salad (reminiscent of the iconic Into the Vegetable Garden at Manresa) tossed with olive oil, with granita, cucumber, and cherry tomato. While this is Jeremy Hansen's place, he's hired a fabulous chef team in Chong Vang and Austin Conklin, with Simon Moorby at the bar. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We've enjoyed the Chefs tasting menu (vegan) on several occasions with friends, usually with 8-10 in our group to celebrate birthdays and have throughly enjoyed each experience.

We ordered almost everything on the dinner menu. The food was exquisitely plated and absolutely delicious. The oyster mushrooms were especially killer! The room was extremely noisy, however, to the point of interfering with our dinner conversation. An event was taking place in the building's main entry area, and with the restaurant doors both wide open, it was quite a cacophony of noise. When there are similar events going on, the IPK should really close it's doors.

I surprised my wife with a night out at this restaurant. We have been saving money after a tough life event and wanted to treat ourselves to something nice. For $300+ dollars, we expected an almost perfect meal, but were instead given a mostly bland and slow experience. The slow pacing of the meal seemed very strange. We were there for literally 5 hours with no explaination until very late in the evening, but it turns out they were down to one chef for the night. The casual indifference to explaining this so late was very unappreciated. My wife who is pregnant ordered a mocktail and was never offered another for the next 4 hours. The food was either boring, too salty or lukewarm for every dish that came out. The first dish was especially salty and the next was so bland it was very hard to get through it. The wine pairings saved it for me in the end, and the last 3 dishes were actually really good, it was just too little too late. We aren't really upset about this, just very disappointed. I plan on writing another review on Yelp or contacting the restaurant to describe our expreience.

Excellent!!! Fantastic service! Knowledgeable! Impeccable timing. Great proportions. Not very noisy so I felt like I could have an actual conversation with my lady. I’ve been to other fine dining restaurants with patrons having conversations and it was hard to hear my date during a conversation. Something about the acoustics at IPK really lends to having a conversation without having to strain or nearly yell.

We ate at IPK with friends on quiet night. The setting is very stylish but welcoming; our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We especially enjoyed sharing carrot and lentils, pork belly and sweet potato, and prawn skewers. The dessert was just OK but overall the dishes were fresh and creative. We look forward to returning for the next iteration of the menu.

We shared all the small plates on the menu which was perfect for 3 of us. All the dishes were fantastic except the shrimp. It was a couple large tempura fried whole shrimp that were not cooked enough. They needed a couple minutes more in the oil. The sauces were a poor mix of a peanut and some type of sriracha mix. These two sauces clashed quite a bit. I hate to spend time on what was wrong but as I stated above all the other 10 dishes were superb and what I would expect for this restaurant. The other dishes consisted of several salads that had wonderful mixes, pork tenderloin that was fantastic in it's special sauce, pork belly that was done perfect, and several other small plates. I also have to mention the bar. My wife and I are not gin people but found the gin based drinks really good! I had to limit myself to one due to driving but would have gladly had several if I had a ride.

I have been wanting to try Inland Pacific Kitchen since they opened. I finally got the opportunity and I was very excited to try it with my husband. I will start off by saying that the atmosphere and service were both great. We loved the decor and the layout of the restaurant was fun. Our server was very attentive. I was disappointed in the food. First of all, Pork was only option for proteins aside from one dish that had Prawns. Micro greens came out on all of our five dishes. Even the dessert. The flavor was lacking. My biggest complaint is about the prawns. When I cut into them a brown juice of some sort oozed out. I asked my server what the sauce was and his reply was “oh that’s not a sauce, that’s just what comes out of the prawn when you cut into it”. I am a chef, I have never heard that before and have never seen it. The fact that the server could not explain to me what it was left me not wanting to eat it for fear of the unknown. I had high expectations of this restaurant and I was disappointed in the menu. I know their menu changes every few months so I’m hoping their other menus are not as disappointing as this one was. I recommend calling ahead of time or checking online to see what their current menu is.

Great food, great service. Others complained about price but I ordered every a la carte menu item, multiple drinks and spent $200 with a healthy tip included. That is not bad for a great dinner for two. I think there were 8 or 9 items and we were at our fill come the end. I think there was only one item I did not care for but to be expected when ordering the whole menu.

The only downside was the tables were elongated. It felt like I was very far away from my date and had to speak louder with the loud ambient music and other tables very close by. Did not seem very intimate. But will still go back.

The food and service was outstanding and we really loved the atmosphere. The only negative was that they were out of a couple of items on their already limited menu even though we were there early on a Friday night.
