   Place is hard to find. Tthe food was excellent but took almost a hour from ordering to arrival of the food. A bit odd especially since the restaurant had only about 20% of the tables filled.

   We went for brunch, there was only two other tables when we arrived. Really slow service. We got a variety of dishes and no one liked their food. Potatoes on the hash were raw. Ambiance is great, wished the food matched.

   Inland Pacific Kitchen was incredible - a must stop brunch spot in Spokane, WA! The staff was attendant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with all my food allergy questions. The food was so delicious, I wish I lived here just so I could come back!

   Amazing, as always. I love that I always learn new things when I eat at IPK. I will be thinking about the green curry mole, the mushroom pate, and the pea shoot gelato for a long time!

    What a pleasant surprise! The food was some of the best I have ever had. Eggs Benedict was the perfect balance of flavors. An extra special treat from the chef with a coffee cake that was so good we then ordered a piece to go. I will be back for this fantastic food . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
