Inland Pacific Kitchen
Our menu has three to four sections with small composed plates all ranging fewer than twenty dollars. The hope is that you can share and try several items.
We also offer a ten course tasting menus with wine, beer and spirit pairings available. Please give the chefs 24 hour notice for tasting menu.
Beautiful setting with wonderful and creative food. Server was kind and gave great recommendations. Desert was other-worldly!
If you’re looking for a unique dining experience that would be difficult to forget, this is the location for you. Inland Pacific Kitchen has a remarkable seasonal farm-to-table menu that is curious, delightful, and notable.
It’s amazingly delicious and a MUST if you’re new or visiting Spokane.
The food was over the top, service was excellent, description of the food served was helpful in understanding what to expect. I loved the open air feeling of our table, being able to see the delight of other patrons as they enjoyed there food. Being able to watch the chef create his craft, and then tasting his creation, with the flavors melting together to complement but accentuate each other, will not be forgotten. All seven of the members of our party, could not stop praising the food and the experience. All of the staff are friendly, open to questions, prompt with our needs, but not hovering, allowing our party to enjoy the experience. Truly, a 5 star experience.
We loved the small plate focus on this meal, allowing us to try more dishes. We LOVED the Cacio e pepe with shavings of black truffle, the cod and the coq au vin. The waiter offered to split glasses of wine that he paired to the dishes - it was perfect! We will definitely be back!
I don't understand how this restaurant doesn't end up on the "best of" list at every turn. The chef calmly works and puts together visually stunning food that matches in flavor. Chef understands the importance of balance and bright acidity as he elevates the dense ingredients of winter. With a menu that follows the seasons, a tight but diverse wine list, and an interesting bar menu, this restaurant is easily one of the best in Spokane, and dare I add Washington. It should be impossible to get a reservation here; although I am thankful it isn't.
Last note: the chef is young; I suspect he ties off hearing of this. He cooks like someone of a greater age, and has an amazing palette. He is definitely one ro watch.
The food, experience and staff were AMAZING. Fresh and flavorful, it was the best meal I have had in a long time. We can’t wait to go back for the Spring menu change.
Fantastic food, well-paced service and generally a great experience. The amuse bouche and pasta dishes were particularly outstanding the last time we went. Highly recommended if you like unusual but great flavors and decent (not intimidating!) portion sizes. We've been several times and look forward to the next time already...
Expensive AF. Very good food experience though. Was not thrilled with being seated in-between two other couples when the restaurant was 80% empty. When its quiet and there is plenty of empty seating spread people out so they are not right next to each other listening in on each others conversations.
The meal was a set Valentine’s Day menu with approximately 7 dishes, and everything was spectacular. All components were balanced, fresh, innovative, and seasonally complimentary...a meal to be shared, and enjoyed with someone who relishes explorative eating experiences. This is my favorite restaurant in Spokane, and I’m eager to continue exploring the menu throughout the year as it changes with the season.
Another amazing meal at IPK. It's hard to go out to anywhere else in town. Easily Spokane's best place for an upscale dining experience. For the winter menu DON"T miss the pork belly. Both salads offered were superb.
Recommendations to the owners for some fine tuning would be turn the temp up a bit, turn the tunes down a bit. And thanks for another great evening out.
Food was excellent - what we had of it. We had an hour and 15 minutes but the kitchen was behind, so we were only able to receive three out of the five plates we ordered. Frankly, this is unacceptable, since they take reservations and know what to expect for service. We waited 40 minutes from the salad to the second plate... exasperating.
Positive notes: the atmosphere is excellent, the service was good and the menu was interesting. Hopefully, they can get it together in the future. We would like to try it again after they work out the kinks.
Excellent service, food, presentation. Small portions was the biggest drawback for me
Overall best experience of our lives!
Chefs Austin and CJ are putting out fantastic meals here. Beautifully plated, thoughtfully considered flavors. A superb representation of the fall season. Got me eating all my veggies! A can't miss spot in Spokane, and you can't say that very often.

Simply one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I can not recommend it enough!
Inventive, beautifully plated, delicious tapas, so fun to share! Dining room is gorgeous and staff are knowledgeable and attentive. A vey special experience.
The best restaurant in Spokane - hands down. Run, don’t walk!
Our dining experience at Inland Pacific Kitchen was incredible! The food was amazing and prepared with such delicious expertise. Each bite was incredible, complex, and perfect. The ambiance was lovely, such a beautiful dining location. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktails were delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for an incredible dining experience--perfect from start to finish! I cannot wait to come back and am recommending this restaurant to everyone I know!
Perfect dinner for our 20th wedding anniversary!
The food, service, and overall experience at Inland Pacific Kitchen was incredible. Our server, Josh, was stellar, expo was well-executed, and Chef Austin visited our table to chat about a couple of the dishes. The heirloom tomato salad and the carrot dessert were the highlights of our meal, but everything we tasted was fab. Thanks for a great evening — Chef Austin is doing amazing things for the Spokane food scene, and IPK’s staff is phenomenal.
I was visiting Spokane from out of town and selected this restaurant based on reviews. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is tucked away on a quiet side street a short walk from our downtown hotel. Both the atmosphere and the menu were sophisticated and would be at home in Portland or Chicago. The creativity was above what I have previously found in Spokane and I hope to go back on my next visit.
IPK is always excellent food, service, and ambiance.
We ate here on the last day of a long vacation to Idaho and Montana. As a splurge we decided to do the tasting menu. Every dish we had was amazing, from simple goat cheese stuffed zucchini blossoms to an elaborate tomato salad, to perfectly seared sea scallops and sea bass. The restaurant is in a cool old building with brick walls and industrial vibes. It’s a small space, where the open kitchen and bar take center stage. I highly recommend it for a special occasion, or just for a nice meal out. Cocktails were on point too!
The food is very unique and delicious. The atmosphere is nice. The service was incredibly slow...We waited far too long between plates.
This is a fabulous place to eat! Creative, delicious, unusual foodie place. And to have it in Spokane -
One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Always exciting. Always delicious.
Accommodated a rush dinner to get to a concert and food sensitivity. Amazing service and food!
This is The Best Restaurant in Spokane!! Right when you walk into the Washington Cracker Building you feel like you're on your way to somewhere interesting. You come to their door and you have arrived to a Beautiful space-open kitchen, huge windows and gorgeous furnishings! The staff is very knowledgeable and the cuisine is not only Instagram worthy, it is Delicious!! Must Eat Here!
This was a delicious meal. Went there for our anniversary and the small plate concept allowed us to ramble slowly through the evening with scrumptious tastes between bits of conversation. Particularly enjoyed the mushroom dish and the pork dish. The gin cocktail with passion fruit was a great recommendation for me--I don't drink much & wanted something on the sweeter side. A great evening!
IPK just debuted their summer menu and it is a lovely celebration of the bounty of produce this season. We tried almost every dish on the a la carte menu-- incredible corn panna cotta with dehydrated pork, compressed watermelon with black sesame, goat cheese tortellini with peas, the ribeye. The foie gras dish with barley, raspberry, and sweet potato was a showcase of how to prepare foie in unexpected ways; the dish reminded me of Euclid Hall in Denver. But the showstopper for us was the granita: a lovely light salad (reminiscent of the iconic Into the Vegetable Garden at Manresa) tossed with olive oil, with granita, cucumber, and cherry tomato. While this is Jeremy Hansen's place, he's hired a fabulous chef team in Chong Vang and Austin Conklin, with Simon Moorby at the bar. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Unbelievable food, great atmosphere, great service, and exquisite drinks. Highly recommend to anyone.
The best, most nuanced and complex food I’ve had in a long time. I give them huge props.
Amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious. My boyfriend and I always say it our special night out when we go! Highly recommend!
Unique and wonderful tastes. Very unusual. Marvelous
You get foods that you would not get at any other restaurant which is a nice change
Exceptional tastes and quality of food.i couldn't imagine the dishes being executed any better. KUDOS
We've enjoyed the Chefs tasting menu (vegan) on several occasions with friends, usually with 8-10 in our group to celebrate birthdays and have throughly enjoyed each experience.
We ordered almost everything on the dinner menu. The food was exquisitely plated and absolutely delicious. The oyster mushrooms were especially killer! The room was extremely noisy, however, to the point of interfering with our dinner conversation. An event was taking place in the building's main entry area, and with the restaurant doors both wide open, it was quite a cacophony of noise. When there are similar events going on, the IPK should really close it's doors.
Ambitious offerings with great flavor combinations. Really enjoyed
