The cheese plate with imported prosciutto and cappa and horseradish pecans and the house made kimchee seasoned with sambal, soy sauce and fish sauce make tantalizing starters. Some of Infusions Eats & Drinks' specialty entrée dishes include the seared halibut with roasted tomatoes and zucchini in a balsamic gastrique, the double cut pork chop with ponzu and sweet wasabi sauces and the pineapple infused ribeye steak with a cherry reduction sauce, all of which are incredibly fresh and vibrant. Of course, Infusions is also known for its delectable craft cocktails, like the chamoy margarita and the spicy carrot-tini, which pair perfectly with the food.Infusions Eats & Drinks also has nightly live music and is open until at least 2 a.m. every night.
