Industry Kitchen is a great option for maintaining social distancing while still eating indoors. Just go in the late afternoon when few other people are eating and when other nearby restaurants are closed. With the new outdoor structures, the view of the East River and Brooklyn from indoors isn’t as good as it used to be, though. I’m looking forward to warmer weather and eating outside without the “little greenhouses” in the way.
Stayed outside, heated was a little too small (it was 32 degrees out). Overall food was good. Atmosphere and views were great! Highly recommend for first date!
The restaurant had a lovely view of the water and the food was fantastic! The service was also great and very timely.
So well done and pleasant but the food was DELISH!!
great atmosphere and great food.
very safe as well.
Nice ambiance. The huts weren't as warm as we had hoped, but the food and drinks were great!
Cozy greenhouse was warm and fit us very well. Delicious food, well presented. Nutella hot chocolate could be warmer but the flavor was good. Amazing Winterita drink! Beautiful views, right on the water. Great date spot!
Industry Kitchen’s glasshouses were the first restaurant we went to this winter. Felt safe and relaxing. Service was quick and the servers really nice.
Incredible view, service & food. We were already talking about what we would get next time/ when we're going to come back. The purple gnocchi was so good and my cosmo was the best one I've ever had. Will definitely be back.
Food was a little cold upon arrival. Otherwise , service was great
Food was prepared well and was tasty. Portions on the small side. Outdoor greenhouses colder than expected on a chilly January evening. Yelp reviews said cozy, but I would say it was "tolerable."
Took my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday as we were trying to njoy ourselves in a safe environment. The little houses they set up are cozy & warm. Our server was wonderful, so sorry we forgot his name. And the food was delicious. They even brought out a sparkler with dessert for him. Very classy. Cant wait to go back.
The private greenhouses are super cute. It was about 30 degrees so the greenhouse kept the heat in.
We enjoyed our individual outdoor hut. We were there celebrating a birthday and stayed nice and warm on a cold and wintry evening.
Amazing food & service, we were so impressed by the Covid safety steps that had been implemented.
Great service and delicious food. The pods were warm and the view was nice. Made another reservation while there.
I really enjoyed the outdoor dining experience at Industry Kitchen! The portable space heater in the glass house fit two guests over 6’2” pretty comfortably. We went on a night it was 30 degrees so I recommend bringing a blanket because the heater was sufficient to keep your upper body warm.
We both enjoyed our food and drinks too! We started with the Caesar salad which we both enjoyed. They were also accommodating but allowing us to put some of the ingredients on the side. We also recommend the Margherita pizza and the hangar steak.
We finished the meal with the cheesecake and it was the perfect end to a great meal! I enjoyed it because I like tart fruits like raspberry and passion fruit flavors.
We had no idea a quarter of their menu was unavailable; "brunch was extended for an hour, but almost none of that menu was available, which meant that my sister, who is celiac, had almost nothing to choose from. When we expressed our disappointment, our server became less friendly and helpful. I understand the problems involved with figuring out the Covid situation, but at least inform diners by updating your website. Very disappointed with what was my favorite restaurant.
I love it here. Highly recommend. Service was fantastic, the outdoor setup was super warm.
Guess the fact that I’m in your resto weekly tells it all ! You have found an excellent way of respecting all the COVID measures yet in a very charming way, so it feels both safe and very enjoyable !! Love you guys !!!
Our greenhouse was broken and the heater was too small. Not my favorite outdoor dining experience in the city.
Great Service and Great Food and Great Drinks
I was just having a causal brunch with a friend and overall we thought the set up was the best part about the experience. The Greenhouse was super cute and the sun helped keep the space heated .... but after a while it did get a little cold. My friend enjoyed his eggs Benedict however my French Toast could have been a little better as the crust was more burnt than walnut crusted, plus the home fries tasted over cooked. Overall it was okay.
Felt rushed from the moment we sat down, but the experience was nice.
Server knocked door off the hinge when giving us our drinks which made it extremely cold inside. When we asked the server for help to fix it he ignored us and let the door slam behind him. Cold draft was uncomfortable and the service wasn’t the best, but the food and company was great.
Very impressed by the setup here with Covid safe protocols in place. Mostly however the food just blew me away and I would come back again in a heartbeat! Delicious appetizers of beat burrata salad and pumpkin & ricotta dips with bread, for mains we shared the salmon dish and the purple potato gnocchi! Everything was tasty and the perfect portion size too!
decent, however menu is overpriced for what it is.
Absolutely loved everything about this location! Staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was great. The scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend.
The experience was fantastic also my son love the pizza. It was so tasty and good
Very cute and spacious glass huts. Heater on the table that you can turn on and off. When the door is closed and the heater on it’s not cold at all.
During covid good
Come by. Despite the cold
Well insulated. Good
Industry Kitchen was my best outdoor dining experience in New York this far! The individual greenhouses were spacious, nicely decorated, and very warm. The drinks and food were delicious, and the service was great! Overall, an amazing experience.
The food was great and our server Niko was amazing!
Great food, terrific service, beautiful views. I highly recommend
The view and the small houses were amazing but the food was okay you probably can cook it yourself at home or even better , for the prices I expected the food to be much better .
This is an excellent place to dine outdoors if you want privacy and a sense of safety during the pandemic.
It was a wonderful experience. The safest I’ve felt outdoor dining during COVID. Food and drinks were delicious. Server was attentive while also limiting interaction due to COVID. Great view of the water and we were actually warm. A gem during these trying times.
Food is always great as well as the friendly service & great, festive decor.
Glass cabins are super cute and comfortable, food and drinks delicious
Some huts have better space heaters than others. This time we got a bit of a dud heater.
