Great service and food.
It’s always a pleasure to dine here. As a local, it’s one of my go-to spots when I am entertaining visitors. The drinks are great and food is wonderful. Great for groups of friends or a date and certainly a perfect spot for people watching.
Good service food and atmosphere. Vice view over the east river
It was great! Myself and my friends had a blast, and I would go back !
Right on the water - this place is great to be outside. Food was good - service wonderful and the overall experience great. If you’re down in the area - this is a great experience. Plus they make a terrific martini
I had to ask four different staff members to get me a high chair. It took 20 minutes for a server to get to our table and take our order. Was the restaurant busy? Not at all. I believe that there were more staff than patrons. Food portions were relatively very small especially for the price that they were charging customers. Also, the server ended up getting us the wrong beer choice. I still tipped them 18% even though the food and service was trash. They really need to do something about the pigeon situation.
The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and they were so kind and accommodating when we had some special requests!
Great location. Excellent end to a day at a south Street Seaport.
Outdoor seating is really nice, overlooking the water, also quieter. Inside was pretty loud.
Awesome place on the water. Beautiful at night. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Loved the ambiance. It’s the place to be on a hot summer night
Great place to dine and relax. Staff was friendly
I cannot rightly make a review of this restaurant. We left after waiting 20 minutes to be served. The busman was rapid in bringing us a generous serving of water, 2 full glasses and a full bottle of reserve, but then nothing. Others around us getting served. But for us? No eye contact from anyone.
We were already put off when, due to lack of my cell service, we had to ask for a paper menu since we could not use the QR code to get one. Unable to get anyone's attention, even after calling out to someone near us, my husband went to the hostess station, where he said he was ignored despite someone being nearby. The menu we were eventually given was printed so poorly we could not read half of it.
This turned out not to be a problem, as we never got to order. We waited 20 minutes, got up and left.
I did stop at the hostess stand as we passed. I asked about the location of another eatery we'd heard about nearby. The hostess very kindly pointed out where it was and how far down the street it was. I thanked her and told her after 20 minutes of nothing at her place, that was where were we going to be eating.
Loved everything about industry Kitchen. Food service and atmosphere on the water were all perfect. Our Waiter was awesome friendly and accommodating Very helpful with Gluten free options and they had quite a few. Great night out. I highly recommend !
Enjoyed it. Wasn’t aware our reservation time was limited to brunch menu, but that was our only complaint. Adam, our server was great!
the place was nice the food was different for me I enjoyed it I would go back again the service was well appreciated
Aside from the hostess making minimal effort to find a table that would be inside and comfortable on a 90 degree day, once we sat down and met our server everything went up from there. I’m sorry I forgot his name but he was amazing! So patient w the kids, always had a smile and was so personable. With everyone understaffed and overworked lately, he was a shining light! Food was tasty and plentiful. Would definitely return on a cooler day for a good meal with a cool outdoor view.
The food was average, a little overpriced for the quality received. The service was nice.
The reviews on this place often say it’s touristy etc. And of course it is based on the location. But I actually think the food is very good and the service is great. I live in NYC and I really like going here sitting on the water great music fun spot. Highly recommend it.
Service was a bit slow (and she kept getting our orders mixed up), but food was excellent and location cannot be beat!
Wrong pizza ordered, then forgot to put in for meals. Server was very apologetic, but didn’t make for a great experience. Would have preferred to sit outside, but the weather did not allow for that. Would tryAgain if back in New York City
Food was just OK. Got the chips and dip: Chips were stale but dips were nice though definitely not worth the 16 bucks. Pizzas were fine but also nothing out of the ordinary. We asked to add onions to one of the pizzas and the chef refused like he was at some Michelin star restaurant. Some sweet onions would have actually elevated his Diablo pizza that needed extra umph.
Waitress was very kind and attentive. That said, while waiting for my friend to come back from the bathroom before leaving, the hostess or manager asked if we could be on our way as they were expecting some reservations. Of course we complied and then I noticed the place was almost empty. She could’ve waited and not said anything to be frank but instead ended up leaving a bad taste in our mouth… more than just their subpar food.
Staff was really nice and accommodating. Service on the slower side but it was very busy and under staffed for lunch. Food was fantastic! Highly recommend the muscles and truffle fries.
I didn’t like the unisex bathroom, too small and too crowded
Great outdoor space, steps from the water, relaxing ambiance, nice view. Friendly staff. Good value.
Tasty miso salmon and very large Caesar salad.
Decadent chocolate dessert (death by chocolate).
Will go back and definitely recommend it.
Very nice setting with indoor and outdoor dining. Fabolous food, views and decor. Definitely will be coming back and spreading the word about this place ✨
Really didn’t enjoy the food, especially the gluten free pizza
This places has great food, service and a beautiful view! Highly recommended
Service was great food was wonderful.
Great atmosphere! Fun menu and lots of vegetarian options. Would definetly return.
Very nice Restaurant Week menu. Large portions and attentive service.
It would be great if they would lower the music a bit.
Our family of four really enjoyed Industry Kitchen. Staff is super friendly from host to server to busser. Views can't be beat. Food is quite good, and a few tweaks would get it to superb: 1)ordered hanger steak mid-rare, it came out medium; 2) peppercorn sauce on steak needs more pepper or something, a little bland; 3)sauce on seafood pasta was just okay; 4)cheesecake was not made in-house and was disappointing; 5) no brewed decaf coffee.
Beautiful location, nice wait staff, good drinks. My food was awful.
The service and food were great from start to finish! The host who seated us, our waiter, Emon and the busboy were so kind and accommodating. Our food was out of this world. We are the lollipop baby lamb chops, artichoke pizza, miso glazed salmon and Greek salad. All were delicious! The view of the water was beautiful as well. We look forward to coming back very soon. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed!
excellent food, views, service. lamb lollipops, Caesar salad and pizzas were all tasty
Excellent food and great service.
First time here, attentive service from the water servers waiters & waitresses looks like they need more help, but they were good overall. Food taste is fair, nothing spectacular. I had eggs Benedict. My english muffin didn't seem toasted, my husband had pepperoni pizza, crust could've been crusty (that's our taste) FYI... bathrooms are unisex
we went for restaurant week. Nor in their website or in restaurant week website says the menu is for weekdays only but when we went on a Saturday noon that was what we were told. I told the waiter it was not posted anywhere (like all other places do) and he didn’t say anything. We ordered two things because we were already there,.. super small and expensive for what the portion was. We left and went to have lunch somewhere else
The food was DELICIOUS, our waiter (Gaverick) was beyond friendly & awesome … and we will DEFINITELY be back!
Hot summer day, sitting outside duringCovid ..we all enjoyed our meal, tuna tarts , mussels, chicken kale salad all good, the salmon was dry . Overall I would easily go back .
