   Very nice dinner, ambiance; service was a little slow although not our server's fault. There was a drunk man at the next table who was loud and profane but other customers voiced their displeasure so we did not need to "pile on". It did not distract us from having an enjoyable time; we hope to come back agan for dinnner soon.

   Dinner at Indigo was the best meal we had in Turks & Caicos, what a special place. We loved the flavors, the inventiveness of the recipes, the ambiance. Service was very friendly and efficient. I had salmon (amazing!) and my husband had a seafood special. Thank you to the chef and the staff for a very special night.

   The food is amazing, but to our surprise the service last evening was a bit spotty. After we’d finished our main course it took at least 15 mins to get someone to take our desert order, then another 10 mins to get someone to take our order for 2 cups of black coffee (which then took a another 10 minutes to get) and yet another 20 mins after we were done with our coffees to get someone to bring us our bill. All in all, It took almost an hour from the time we finished our meal to pay our bill. We’ve never experienced this lapse in table service here in the past - so we chalk it up to being an anomaly at Indigo rather than a trend.

    Food was excellent. Highly recommend the grouper special. The chocolate mousse dessert was amazing. The service fell short slightly as we were lacking cutlery for the main course and had to flag down a different server to get it.

    Had fresh fish which was cooked perfectly. The olive tamponade overwhelms the swordfish slightly. Ambience was electric. Service was as blah. Overall i would highly recommend it.

    We brought friends to experience Indigo as last year we enjoyed an excellent meal. This year the restaurant seemed a little more family-oriented, plenty of children at the tables which changes the vibe of a restaurant. The wine list was thoughtfully prepared with selections for most palates and budgets. The sushi appetizer tasted very fresh. For my main I ordered the filet which was cooked perfectly. Others at our table ordered the Chefs fish dish which, they said, was excellent! I have food allergies and the staff took it seriously…doing their best to make me feel good about my dining experience. Overall it was a very pleasant night!

    Easily the most overrated restaurant on the island. Ambience is excellent but that’s about it. Food is unimaginative, service is all over the place. Definitely NOT what one would consider a fine dining experience. Seven restaurant was leagues better in all respects. For that matter, Bay Bistro had much better food.

    Grilled octopus amazing. Had a couple meals that didn’t come out as expected and the chef personally came out to ask us what we’d like. Excellent service. Food was outstanding. Definitely in our top 3 favourite restaurants in Turks and Caicos.

    This bills itself as an outdoor beach setting and that it is not. Everything is about $5 more than similar drinks and food found elsewhere on the island. The food was good but not as good as all the hype. The crowd is quite well heeled and fairly obnoxious, as a result. The restaurant and resort are stunning in appearance and worth going for a drink and an appetizer to see, even if the drinks are on the weak side.

    The new chef has totally improved this restaurant. Although busy the service and food quality was amazing. Our server Christopher made the evening really enjoyable with his service and friendly attitude. Will definitely return.

    Indigo was absolutely amazing from the experience, chef Andrew himself and the food and drinks! Everything was delicious and the staff were attentive and enjoyable to be around! We could not have picked a better location to celebrate my fathers birthday!

    Fantastic dining experience. Food was excellent - the citrus salmon was fresh and delicious, the grouper was marvelous, and the ice cream was truly next level. One of the party was vegetarian and there was plenty of selection (try the breaded cauliflower steak and the goat cheese salad). Will definitely return next time we are on the island.

    Outstanding menu choices! We wanted to try it all! But after chef Andrew personally sat down and talked to us for almost 10 minutes we opted for the seafood tasting appetizer special, the mahi mahi special for the evening and the grouper on the menu. The seafood tasting app was amazing and both entree fish literally melted on our mouths! Possibly the best meal we have ever had. For dessert we chose a bowl of chef Andrew’s homemade ice cream and Crème brûlée special for that evening. Both unreal! It is known to be the best restaurant in Turks & Caicos and we understand why. We are going back tonight.

    There is nothing not to like about Indigo — the whole experience is a sensory delight. The luxurious and beautiful and airy space and decor, the friendly and attentive service, and of course the out-of-this-world delicious food! So very glad that we made this part of our TCI visit!!

    Food was exceptional but service was disorganized. Too many people made service less efficient than it could be. For example three different people asked for our drink order. So service management should be improved, but the food was outstanding

    Indigo was our best meal in Turks! We really struggled to feel any restaurant on the island had decent food with flavor, until our meal last night. Chef Andrew came out to every table and introduced himself and explained the menu which was super thoughtful. The highlights were the local lobster, homemade bread, and the lovely ice-cream and dessert. The service was extremely attentive. Definitely an expensive evening, but the only restaurant that can deliver on its menu! Worth the price for a lovely meal

    Chef Mirosch stopped by our table to introduce himself. We spoke about his roots, menu, philosophy and passion for fresh sustainable ingredients. His passion comes through in the quality of the food and service. Our best dining experience in Turks by far.

    Indigo was recommended to us by our hotel. The menu was interesting, especially the specials. We shared a seafood appetizer that was Asian influenced. For mains, my husband had snapper and I had local lobster. Both were excellent. The chef visited each table during the meal, s nice touch. Our server Albert was first class!

    The restaurant is nice, but they need to improve the logistics of the service. It’s a lot is stuff but a lot of mess at the same time. It’s unacceptable in the main land restaurants but on the island it’s ok. The main problem was the bar, and also they forgot of one out of 4 orders of main dish. But I will go there again, the food is good and people is very nice.
