Indigo on the Beach is perfectly designed to let the idyllic outside in. We know how reluctant our guests can be to leave the beach even to come and eat so our open-sided room and terrace with wooden floors allows them to combine the best of both. Stroll in whenever you feel like a snack or a much-needed chilled drink, bare-feet are fine with us or alternatively get dressed up and come for dinner. Indigo on the Beach offers that flexibility and variety that is just what you will want. the obvious attraction is the restaurants accessability to the beach. is was beautiful at sunset. The food was very good and the service excellent.

I chose this restaurant to spend a romantic evening on my birthday. I also added in the "special requests" - birthday - but sadly not even a flower was put on the table :( I checked your menu online and it all seemed perfect ... maybe too perfect in fact when we arrived we realized that dinner was buffet only, with no a la carte menu option. it was not mentioned in the reservation that on Sunday evening it is exclusively buffet style. several dishes were cold ... the only thing outstanding were the desserts. And when the bill came, the price we paid absolutely does not justify a buffet on the beach (150 e.c. p.p. + tax). I'm sure that a luxury and renowned hotel like Carlisle Bay can do really better.

We only live once and it can't get better than this. Loved it, and on Sunday nighrts live band that was great. SOCA!!!
