Indigo isn’t the same anymore - Lady on the phone said they had no availability, it was by luck that OpenTable had some spaces available. When we arrived, lady was still looking for our names on a list of handwritten names, although I mentioned we booked through OpenTable. Lady said they were clearing a table for us and it’ll be two minutes. She disappeared and moments later a different host started welcoming guests and seating them even though we had been waiting for over 15 minutes. When I made a fuss, they sat us immediately. Food: Masala Papad was stale, the Pani Puri was awfully hard. We ordered Mix Platter with Soy sauce. We had two pieces of the mogo and paneer - it tasted like they were off. I told the waiter we’re not happy with these. He just cleared the table - didn’t even apologise or ask what’s wrong. Customer service is appalling. The grandad at the till needs to be replaced with a friendlier face to actually ask customers how their food was. I didn’t even dare dispute the bill, re: the Mix Platter that we didn’t even touch. Clearly the waiter didn’t feedback.
