    Went for an early evening meal, thought we were in the wrong place as we had to walk through the pub to find the restaurant. Restaurant itself was beautifully decorated in a bistro style. The waiting staff were incredibly attentive, suggested dishes and quantities. The flavours were fresh and bright, no heavy curries here. The Gol Gappa were totally new to me and incredibly tasty, the lamb came recommend and was very tender, the daal reminded us of the daal we ate in Rajasthan. We would definitely return.

    Good food and good ambience- service was quick. Price was ok but portion size not big for what you are paying. Still good food was good as per West Midland curry standard

    Food and service was absolutely outstanding. Attentive waiting staff without being overbearing and offered some great recommendations on the menu. We had the lamb chops and wings for starters, with a popadom platter, then makhani and rajastani for mains with rice and naan to share. More than ample for 2 people and the portion sizes were generous without being too much. Makhani is my favourite and I always struggle to find a true representation of the dish (usually too creamy) but this was delicious and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the rajastani too. My only gripe was the irritating jazz music which was loud repetitive and unnecessary for the ambiance of the restaurant. Something more authentic would have been more appropriate. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and I would return too.

    Definitely a jewel. Fabulous tasting curry with people happy to serve it and prepared to explain the dishes. Really impressed.

    Fantastic place, a must visit for excellent Indian dishes. We went on a Monday night and the ambience felt like a weekend. Awesome service as well. Could not fault anything cauliflower starter was awesome and the waiters helped us order mains and sides which were spot on! I’ll definitely visit again when in Brum! Can’t wait to return.

    Fabulous food. The waitress was very helpful and gave great advice on dishes. Location was a bit off putting but persevere - definitely worth it !!

    Excellent experience , food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We were a party of 8, with allergies which were immediately addressed and advised on what to eat from the menu. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We had a really lovely evening.
