   The dinner that my partner and I had at IndeBlue was the best meal that I have had this year, or perhaps in several years. The tasting menu featured ample portions of delicious and surprising food - the brussel sprouts with Indian spicing and burrata cheese was my personal favorite. The double-friend cauliflower was crispy and delicious, as were the tandoori shrimp, the lamb vindaloo, and everything, really. And the service was even better. Our server, whose name I didn't catch (he has long hair and is a hiker) was attentive and friendly, and happy to tell us about the history of the restaurant - many of the fusion items on the menu reflect the many places in the world that the owner/chef has lived. If this were a city with a Michelin guide, I am confident that this would be a two star restaurant, and the price, including a bottle of fine prosecco, an additional drink, and a deservedly generous tip was under 200 dollars.

   LOVE this place!! Flavorful, incredibly balanced dishes. Unique cocktails. Everyone working was endlessly kind and attentive, making it a wonderfully personalized experience. 11/10 would dine again!! I cannot recommend this place enough.

   Probably due to the worries about the virus the restaurant was mostly empty at 1:00 PM. for lunch. We got excellent and friendly service from the waiter who had a bit of a bond with one of the diners as they shared a name. We all had a tasting talis which is a bargain at $16. It allows you to choose entrees and sauces and come with rice, dal, flaky naan, a samosa and dessert. I had also ordered a breadbaket which contains a number of the delicious types of naans served in the restaurant. I had expected that my nephew would take most of it home, but it was gone very early in the meal. And everyone was full after the talis sampler. For lunch it is the right amount of food The focus in the tastefully decorated dining room is a wall sized golden tapestry which is a great backdrop for photos if you are there fo a special occasion. I have been here a number of times and is a first choice for a place to take guests who like a little spice in their life and their food, and who like it served with care and attention

   I loved this place when it was in Collingswood,N.J. but alas they closed last year. Very good food but pretty noisy. Loved the choices and the cocktail menu is very accessible.

   We visited IndeBlue during our recent visit to Philadelphia. We were looking for a restaurant within walking distance of the convention center and one that served Indian food. After receiving a recommendation, we booked a table at IndeBlue and were glad that we did. Since it was our first visit, we decided on a tasting menu and followed the recommendations of our server. We started with a wonderful cheese tray and a fantastic wine that was recommended by our server. All the dishes were well prepared and brought to us at a perfect pace. The 3 vegetable risotto was wonderful. If you're in the mood for Indian food, I highly recommend IndeBlue.

   Indieblue never disappoints. The food, while not strictly traditional Indian food, is novel, well prepared and tasty. Josh our server was friendly and helpful.

    Haven't been in a while so decided to go here for dinner with a friend who just moved to the city. As always, really enjoyed my experience. Our waiter was very friendly, helpful and attentive - just a great personality! The food came out pretty quickly and was delish. I ordered the lamb and my friend ordered the Madras with naan (all of the dishes are served with a side of basmati rice as well). Overall, good food, good experience. Recommend trying it out if you're looking for a place downtown to grab some Indian food.
