Owners Stacey Ingham and Tiffany Newman began their Asian culinary ventures by serving anything Asian fusion,: from Tapas to their own Sushirittos. They traveled between Montana and Arizona and collected a few awards along the way, and are currently settling into Whitefish, MT where they hold the title of "Best Food Truck In Flathead Valley."

With the food truck thriving, Stacey and Tiffany decided to open up a bricks and mortar restaurant in Whitefish, MT the summer of 2017. Here they offer even more of their unique flavors, lively colors, and relaxed atmosphere - all the while committing to providing the most sustainable, fresh, and local ingredients. They hope to share their passion for authentic and creative Asian cuisine with their local community and bring a truly amazing experience to each of their customers.

We sat outside due to precautions that Indah took for COVID. The food was amazing. Ahi Tuna was seared to perfection and the rainbow roll might’ve been the best one I’ve had. Lots of drinks to select from and service was great.

Delicious, innovative, beautiful presentation, varied selection. Truly incredible dining experience, sitting outside on fun patio, enjoying fresh Montana evening with friends, food and drink. Highly recommend

We ordered the Taste of Koi which is a full meal for two. My husband also ordered an extra roll. Everything was coming to the table quickly but the extra roll never showed up. The waitress told us to let her know when we wanted dessert. We mentioned the one roll was never delivered. She left to check on it and came back to tell us it was forgotten and never made. She asked if it was still wanted if she put a rush on it. We agreed. We waited about a 1/2 hour for the roll. The explanation we got for why it took so long was because of the response from a Groupon that was out. Latter when the waitress brought the check she tipped over a water glass and spelt water all over my husband. They did not offer anything to us in recognition of their mistakes. We had to say something and then they took off the charge for the extra roll.

We loved everything we ordered! Salmon poke and veggie tempura were amazing as well as all the rolls we tried. We’ll be back!!

This women owned business does not disappoint. I was craving sushi and sushi is what I received. The food was inventive and well portioned. We did not leave hungry.

We’ve been coming here frequently and feel like service is slipping. Our server wasn’t very attentive to our needs and the food took a very long time to come out and once it did 1 person in our party was served 10min before the others got there food. It took asking multiple times to get more drinks.

Always solid food. So good and quality every time! The service can be a little slow but it’s always worth the wait. Would always recommend.
