   A friend from Philly came to visit on business. I recommended this place as we have dined there before. Service was not good, and meal was just OK. Very disappointed

   Winstead is the best! We always get the Zeppole when we come for brunch. Today I enjoyed the steak and eggs and it was amazing. Smiling faces and warm hospitality made for a welcoming environment.. My visit is never complete until Brian stops by to check on us. He is so kind and caring. Indaco is lucky to have him.

   Very had a table by the front door that made it very drafty and intrusive to our dining experience. Our waiter was not very pleasant nor attentive. Food was average.

   Saturday night dinner for 2. The Caesar salad is so fresh and delicious. We ordered the seafood pasta and a pizza and shared. Very impressed with quality of food and preparation. Maybe our new favorite spot for our Saturday date nights.

    Indaco did not disappoint as usual. It’s great food, ambiance is on point and service is fantastic. It’s just overpriced for small portions. I’m sure location plays a part in that…but $120 for a couple salads, a couple cocktails & a pizza is a bit much.

    It was our first time dining at this location and we were blown away. Felt a connection with our server, Kannia, the moment she touched the table. She spent time walking us through the menu and was very knowledgeable on everything. Kay gave us time to read the menu, and enjoy our time taking in the beautiful space and delicious food. Can’t wait to come back to enjoy the hospitality and farm to table food again.

    Loved the meatballs presented to our table to celebrate my birthday! Service was good and well timed. Noise level made talking a little more difficult but did notice use of a lot of acoustic tiles. Nice super Tuscan wine. Meals well prepared

    We were on the waitlist and was told it would be an hour or two. We never received a call or a text informing us the table was ready or that there was bar seating available as suggested by the hostess. We ended up having to eat somewhere else and am disappointed as we walked back to the car there appeared to have plenty of tables available and multiple spots at the bar. Overall disappointing experience that evening.

    Food was amazing, definitely quality. The drinks were okay. The service could use some work our server was nice but seems like they took way too long in between checking on us and taking our order. Overall it’s a very nice place with very great food.

    I love the food and service. I have made reservations now 3 times and have always been placed upstairs in the corner. The ambiance upstairs is not great and have been disappointed… how do you actually get a table downstairs in the main dining room?

    Overall it was a great evening. Our server Hannah, was outstanding. She had a great personality, was engaging, and a lot of fun. Unfortunately, our swordfish was over salted which made for a disappointing meal. I’ll be back as Indaco is one of my favs.

    We loved our margarita pizza with marinated olivesduting happy hour whole seated at the bar bar with Italian (suggested ) wines by a great bartender. We moved to dinner and our server was very nice and the runner very engaging The food was not as we expected . We enjoyed the focaccia and the broccolini was our favorite We enjoyed tagliatelle and Agnolotti was OK We had to send the brussels sprouts back , as they were Inedible, with double a dose of citrus which was a mistake I’m sure that happens . The meatballs were very dense and listless -the Sugo inadequate and watery . Overall, the atmosphere is fun and lively and I recommend happy hour at the bar and outside seating for Apertivos with great Italian wine selections .

    We had a female bartender serve us, and she was fantastic! We had the focaccia, meatballs, agnolotti, cavatelli, zepolle, and gelato. Everything was delicious, and the ambience is great!

    This was our first time here. Atmosphere was great, service was good, food was decent but nothing to rave over in my opinion. One of the biggest disappointments was the food portion. Myself and two others got a pasta dish and for almost $30 the portion was almost comical. All I have to say is i’m glad we had appetizers because if not I would’ve likely left still hungry. One person in our party splurged and got the $140 tomahawk. I tried it and i will say, it was incredibly salty and loaded with fat so for me it was a big waste of money. My friend ate 2-3 pieces out if it and thats all they could handle due to being so salty. Lastly, their beers on draft options were pretty sad. Only offered 3-4 and those 3-4 weren’t that great so I ended up having to get an overpriced bottle of something that I wasn’t even that much of a fan of… Overall we likely won’t return back here due to all of the reasons mentioned in this review.

    The entire evening was amazing!! Brian the manager was very accommodating as he allowed us to move to a more appropriate/comfortable table-and was very into making our dining experience the best. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The best part of the night was our server Kevin!!! He was one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any restaurant in Charlotte. Because of him I will definitely return as often as I can. Thank you!! Scott Jones

    Indaco is one my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. The staff always offer superb service and they are very friendly! Danny is a new server but he did amazing and took care of us so well. He fits the Indaco culture!

    We came to try out the restaurant week special but were extremely disappointed. It took an hour to get out first portion and then for the main course my friends chicken was raw and the spaghetti was extremely underwhelming and wasn’t very good. My friend and I had majority of our food left and asked for it be boxed but there was a misunderstanding with the kitchen and they ended up throwing away our food and having to remake it but only ended up splitting the same item and leaving ingredients off. Server was nice but it took 2 hours to get the 3 courses and as we were finishing up they shut the lights off. Will not be back.

    First time here during Restaurant Week. The food was excellent. We had the roasted mushroom pizza, meatballs, fusilli nero, and braised short ribs. There was a little wait but that is to be expected given when we went.

    Phenomenal. I took my BF here for his birthday and everything was excellent. I'm the type of person who can never finish a meal in one sitting, and I cleaned all three of my plates (we did the restaurant week 3-course meal). Our service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. We both enjoyed our experience from start to finish. My only note is there may be a little extra wait (15 minutes or so) even with a reservation on really busy nights (it was restaurant week, after all), but it is absolutely worth the wait. We highly recommend the burrata appetizer, ziti and agnolotti pastas, and chocolate tiramisu and lemon torta caprese desserts. We'll definitely be back!
