   My first time here and my last. Food was subpar and pasta was cold. Took some time for someone to even come to table once seated. Would definitely not go again, with so many great restaurants in Charlotte and more opening why would one come here?! If you want poor quality pasta go to Olive Garden, many better Italian restaurants in area.

   Food timing was off—one pizza sat for 10 minutes and was served cold, even after the pizza chef and server discussed it. Another was burnt and inedible. The mint chip gelato was freezer burnt. Atmosphere was good, but overall the experience was disappointing. The concept has potential, but execution needs improvement.

   Hannah is beyond amazing and I always come back when I’m in town! Great service and ambiance! One of my favorite Italian spots.

   Kevin was absolutely amazing! The drinks are amazing too! Food is overpowered with garlic, using garlic as the main flavor source where it doesn’t need to be.

   Renate was our server and she was outstanding!!!!! Hands down the best service ever! The bianca pizza was my fav and their desserts are lovely! I will definitely recommend and come back!!

   Wonderful evening - we sat in patio to take advantage of beautiful weather and live music not far away. Food was stellar, love the burrata and focaccia was to die for! Our server Michael was amazing - definitely recommend Indaco as well as the location in Charleston is lovely!

    We already thought Indaco was amazing but now we’ve discovered brunch & it is top notch. The cappuccinos are spectacular, it takes a lot for me to say this. The special quiche selection is always amazing. The potatoes… wow. & the orange roll is better than you can even imagine. Our family is obsessed with this place. Service always top notch too.
