imaginative menu, well prepared. Friendly staff. The entire kitchen is open to view, so it's a constant floor show as you dine.

A pleasant birthday dinner with friends. I ordered the scallops—very small for the price. Was hoping they’d be bigger and more plump. Husband had trout—said it was just ok. Waitress was pleasant and prompt. Very pretty restaurant.

In Bloom is on the top of our list of Minnesota restaurants. A few visits and every time everything has been nothing short of amazing. The kiss of smoke and fire adds that level of flavor that leaves you wanting more.

My first time at In Bloom. The service was extraordinary and the food that each of us had was excellent! Great cocktail choices as well...rarely do you see French 75 on a cocktail menus! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

It was fun to watch the chefs prepare the food, which by the way was delicious. Staff were friendly and the room was not too crowded or loud.

The brunch was good but the portions were very small. The trout was very good but not enough and the topping was different from the last 2 lunches we had. All in all very good but tooo small of portions.

Food tastes great and restaurant has a nice feel but they timed the service poorly because we saw our dinners sitting out getting cold while waiting for the last dish for our table to be completed.

The only very good thing was the warm salad. One shrimp and a tasteless potato puree for an app, mediocre venison and the trout was good but not outstanding. The coffee which came in presses was lukewarm and the risotto desert was good. Total bill with tip was 180.00. We left feeling totally ripped off which is really sad because the staff was great and we love to eat out but don't like to be taken advantage of. I really hope they get their act together.

Beautiful environment - need to have time to enjoy all the shops of Keg & Case also. My dad said the gravy on the Biscuits and Gravy was the best he had ever had in his life!! My daughter ordered a chocolate pancake without the chocolate and it was AMAZING!!

Very limited brunch menu, odd items, slow service. The cost for brunch for 4 with a cocktail and 1 coffee was 120.00. Steep for mediocre food.

Beautiful restaurant! Delicious food! Venison ragu cavatelli, prawn, scallops, broccolini. WOW! I could have made a meal of just broccolini. The parsnip puree under the scallops was outstanding and the scallops were outstanding. Perfectly cooked entrees! Very friendly staff and a beautiful location. We had a great bottle of portuguese red wine! I recommend dining in the main floor dining room, if possible. The mezzanine is a bit noisy.

We had a fantastic dinner celebrating a friend’s birthday. Great wine bottles at reasonable prices, good service, and delicious food. Highly recommend the roasted things. The venison backstrap was delicious and not gamey at all.

The food was good but not as good as I had expected given the hype I had heard. The biggest problem is the over-salting. Yes, salt is necessary but the chefs must be used to too much salt b/c they are consistently using too much. They need to let an "ordinary" person sample the food. I had the venison torchon and the boudin blanc and the mushrooms. The mushrooms were way over salted--can barely discern the taste of the actual ingredients. The torchon was also over-salted. The boudin blanc was slightly oversalted. Taste again, folks. I probably won't return b/c of this. (And I am not on a low-salt diet.) It was also unpleasantly noisy; we were a party of four and had to speak very loudly to each other. We were up in the mezzanine--maybe louder up there? My husband noted that all the older clients seemed to have been seated on the mezzanine and the lower level was full of younger people. So maybe it's louder on the lower level. I don't care about the segregation but some noise-dampening fabrics or buffers would be nice. It just wasn't as pleasant an experience as it could have been. The food was generally well-cooked but the excessive salt really flattened the flavors. Too bad. I would recommend to anyone trying the restaurant to decide how they feel about salt levels and maybe warn the servers.

Marry was our Hostess. She is so welcoming, delightful, warm, friendly and professional!!! We had a lovely server and assistants, also!! The food was extraordinary; and environment was sooo fun!!!! We loved every minute of our experience!! Thank you!!!

We loved our meal at In Bloom. Aside from incredible food, it's a gorgeous room. You're definitely not going to just order one thing from the menu as a meal. Be aware that this is fine dining, so the plates are smaller and you're intended to order several things to put a full meal together. We started with the charcuterie plate, then had the scallops, venison backstrap, and roasted carrots. The dessert menu looks incredible, though we decided to pass and walk around Keg and Case for dessert (ice cream, donuts, macarons... how do you decide?). Up for a special splurge? Go to In Bloom and you'll be thrilled.

Great meal, the food was fantastic from the pheasant sausage to the charcuterie to the venison back strap. They made a fine martini. The only negative was the service was a bit slow to get the initial orders in and I was very dissapointing they were out of the venison leg.

Started with charcuterie and mussels. The home made charcuterie was amazing. The mussels were not. Broth was overly salted. Mussels were cooked inconsistently. Got bread service with the mussels and that was a home run. For entrees we ordered the scallops and the venison back straps. Same issue as the mussels. Inconsistently cooked and overly salty. Ordered the mushroom dish for a side, and while the mushrooms were amazing there just wasn't much of them. Dish is served with polenta and it appeared to be more of a polenta dish with a side of mushrooms. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. Overall just underwhelming. Was mind of a disappointment. We may be back if their menu changes.

Excited to visit for birthday dinner. But experience was not up to par. I liked my venison roast but the other entree my fiance ordered that was venison (had some kind of cocoa rub) was awful. Way too sweet, tasted like dessert and bland at the same time. Lightning was terrible from our space and the wait was quite long.

Did provide a burnt marshmallow dessert free of charge for birthday. However dessert was bizarre tasting in my opinion.

Not worth the price at this time. I think the menu needs serious editing before we will return.

Beautiful restaurant and will go back to try it for dinner. Wish they offered more choices than just venison to showcase that incredible wood-burning stove! (Not a fan of venison).

The pheasant sausage was our favorite thing! Our server did a great job of explaining what it was and if she had not we would have missed it. The vension tartare is not to be missed! The blend of spice, mustard and microgreens made it quite unforgettable. Service was excellent and staff well informed. The young woman serving water was happy to answer my companions questions about the head chef, who was on site. I and she will both be back!

Service was great except that of the bartender. An aloof person who radiated an I really don't care about you attitude. And then proved it over and over. But in all, I loved this restaurant, ambiance, and food.
