Not a big fan of waitress wearing perfume while serving food. Manager is super good. Loved our time there. Food was superb the
Great service, superb food, and really good wine. Staff was friendly, place is comfortable and in a modern setting. Manager was very attentive and the staff knowledgeable.
The pekin duck was delightful. Be sure to call ahead and order in advance.
For what we paid just over £150 for 2 of such "normal" dim sum dishes we had, just far too over price. Presentation of the food is common! I expect flavour will surprise me with the price of the individual dish. Name of all the dishes sound delicious and good, but not matching the presentation and flavour.
Far too common. Hugely disappointed. I strongly believe Imperial Treasure can do better.
I knew that the restaurant will be expensive and we wanted to try the pekin duck there, the first dish of duck with the pancakes was superb very soft meat and crispy skin, for me the second dish of the duck wasn’t worth it too much bones and hard meat it is true that the price is too much for what you are getting
Amazing food....Nice ambience....warm service.....Classy
Exquisite Chinese food. So different from the "run of the mill" Chinese restaurants that you normally find in more "commercialised" areas such as London's Chinatown. Brilliant menu and more than adequate wine list. I would recommend to anyone who seriously wants a top-class Chinese meal.
Dim sum was good. Slightly expensive given the nice environment.
Although recommended to me by Chinese people I cannot endorse their view. The service was unwelcoming and offhand . Not a good start. Apart from that the menu is overpriced . Three dim sum for 9£ is hardly justifiable whatever ingredients are used. They were nothing special. Nor was the char siu or the pork belly.
Although the starters arrived quickly we had to wait 20 minutes for the main courses.
Unfortunately they were similarly indifferent.
160 £ for two with 2 beers is extortionate unless the food and service are exceptional.
Royal China Club is far better
Wonderful full and service can’t wait to go back
Simply outstanding in all aspects. It is a must try.
Lunch set menu was underwhelming. We didn't have much time and aren't fluent in all dim sum types, so went for set menu. Nothing special at all taste-wise.
The service was good, both on the floor and from the barman.
Won't be returning I'm afraid.
Delicious food, we had one of the tasting menus. Some of the food was a bit too spicy for me but overall was very good.
The Peking Duck was to die for! Service was average. Not the best value for money but the interior was lovely. I like their coat check and the bathrooms are very clean. They should change the menu to include a Lunch for two including Peking Duck as part of the meal. Right now, you either have to dine with 4 people or dine for 2 people + £100 peking duck. Not good value for money. A bit naughty pricing really.
Wonderful food and service. Truly outstanding.
Excellent food, swift delivery to table and helpful staff who made informed recommendations.
The best Chinese restaurant in London for Cantonese food and dim sum. Price is on the high side, but worth it for the food.
Everything was good except:
• The 2-person tables are packed fairly close; and
• These tables are small so if you order more than 2 dishes with drinks, there is no room to place everything without feeling really cramped;
• Fish - only whole fishes are available so if you are 2 persons dining and small eaters or one person not liking fish then this item of food is NOT an option at all. Consider offering fish fillets and not just a whole fish dishes?
Arguably the best chinese food in London.
Peking duck was good but the Chilli crab dish was too sour and not flavorful enough. Love the osmanthus jelly dessert
Delicious food, great presentation and overall lovely and attentive staff. The cocktail prices were a bit steep though.
definitely MSG inside as we felt so thirsty after eating the food.
The food is definitely overpriced, given the quality and taste.
Service is okay. One of the waitress who is splitting a noodle dish accidentally put some noodle on her hand. she took them off and put it back to our bowl. Don’t know if she washed her hands before. Even her hands were clean, it is still a bit disgusting.
Not very impressed.
Nourriture assez ordinaire qualité prix à désirer je ne recommande pas ce resto
Incredibly (and unexpectly) good!
Very average food, the wine paring is limited to one glass every 2 courses, so 3 glasses of wine for an additional £50 per person.
Our bill as a result of additional glasses of wine was over £225 per person, I could deal with this if the food had blown us away but was probably the worst asian food i have EVER had and that includes the local chop suey house at the end of the road.
Avoid at all costs.
Service was impeccable.
Great quality food. Great ingredients.
Good dim sum.
Have been here for so many times and never had a bad experience. Amazing food and service!
I invited my friend for a birthday lunch at Imperial Treasure, having had dinner there a number of times. Having enjoyed their tasting menu in the evening we opted for the lunch menu. I wanted my friend to have a taste of their Dim Sum too so asked for their “ best” one which was Xiao Long Bao. The XLB were very ordinary, in fact I have better ones in China Town. The lunch menu was very frugal: spring rolls and a bun for starter, vegetables and a little piece of pork for main and Jelly and fried custard dumpling for desert. It was rather underwhelming and I would rather have a more expensive option which showcases their food better. As it was lunch for two with wine came to a hefty £177. I would not consider that value for money.
Very Grand Restaurant.
Service was great, polite efficient and not overbearing.
Went for the dim sum menu and there were a couple of hits
Baked Snow Mountain Bun with Ibérico Char Siu Pork being stand a stand out.
Will have to return for the a la carte menu for dinner. Save up , not easy on the wallet as you would expect for a place like this!
Our last night in London. Great space and food to celebrate! The Peking duck is fantastic and should not be missed. The space is beautiful and the food is traditional but well prepared. We had a great time!
Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend the restaurant if you have the budget!
This food is not tasty at all! And the price does not match with the quality.
if you are ready to spend over 100 per head go there. the place is very plush and nice and the food is super, yet it is not what I am used to such as if I wanted half a crispy duck is not available.
all in all is a very nice super restaurant.
Food was greasy, lacked diversity in flavors and overpriced.
Very disappointed. This is an expensive restaurant, but my wife and I found the food quite poor - a number of the dishes were greasy and not particularly pleasant in terms of flavour. Portions were also on the heavy side, which became a problem as we worked our way through the set menu. We are avid consumers of food from around the world and love trying new dishes, but really didn't enjoy our meal here. Service was OK, but the ambience is essentially functional. When you match up the experience with the cost, this was probably one of the worst-value meals we've had.
The Soft shell crab was excellent as was the dim sum, the main courses were not memorable. Service was great, atmosphere was lovely.
Bland and uninteresting food with some dishes almost inedible . Dishes lacked taste and were served too quickly and too hot . This has all the hallmarks of prepared food heated up in a microwave at the last minute . The pieces of overcooked lamb with no seasoning, topped with a sliver of burnt garlic were revolting . The noodle dish with a meaningless dash of truffle oil also stood out as poor . One of the lobster starters was not bad but let down by soggy batter and the batter covering the accompanying Okra was heavy and farinaceous.
The food here is inferior to that in many far cheaper restaurants in China town , just round the corner.
The decor and service are of a very high standard but at £88 per head for a set menu the food just has to be much better . I would never go back and would not hesitate to advise against a visit
The service is very good and the duck and the other dishes we ordered were very good. The location and the redtsursnt are good as well.
Food is the best Chinese in London hands down, top service. One of London’s best restos
Duck is wow
