Imperfecto is a restaurant by Enrique Limardo and the team behind Seven Reasons. The restaurant is inspired by the intersection between the Mediterranean & Latin American Cultures, and sustained in Enrique Limardo's bold culinary approach.

At Imperfecto we believe that human beings are not perfect. We are far from perfect. We are Imperfect. And it's imperfection that moves us forward and shows us how to improve.

The restaurant design is inspired by Greek culture. The oldest definition of "perfection", goes back to Aristotle, who defined the concept in three: which is complete; which is so good that nothing of the kind could be better; which has attained its purpose.

At Imperfecto, we know that a restaurant space is not complete if it’s not filled with people; that we will try our best to maintain the highest levels of creativity, flavors and service; and that we will always pursue our purpose of bringing magical culinary experiences to our guests.

    Our One Michelin Star Experience. Only available at our Communal Chef Table. The experience consists of a 10+ course tasting menu through which you will travel through South America and into the Mediterranean. ** This experience cannot accommodate allergies as the menu is pre-set ** Available on Wednesdays through Saturdays and starts, promptly, at 7 pm (please note we may not be able to accommodate missed courses for late arrivals). This experience spans, approximately, three and half hours. Price per person: $265 Optional wine pairing per person: $180 Pricing excludes tax, beverages, and a 22% gratuity.

    Service was slow in general. Couldn't get an additional glass of wine for over 10mins. No waiters coming to check on us. Bill too - after being ignored awhile, we had to go ask the reception counter. Food is yummy, but some of the items included as part of a dish were not. Eg the tamale thet comes with the Branzino. Cocktails were fabulous!

    It was a fine dinner up to a point. The main course is considered the main course for a reason, sadly the chef decided that of the 18 plates served, one person would receive a piece of meat barely half the size of the other 17 plates. This serving landed before me; I have been through the Top 50 List and the Michelin list from DC, through Europe, and across to East Asia. Not one place would have a star and make a conscious and intentional choice to plate an inferior item the way they did. It was a sad and disappointing ending to what should have been an otherwise respectable experience.

    The hostess was repeatedly fixing her long hair and applying lipstick and makeup at the front of the hostess stand, directly in view of guests. Grooming in a public-facing area, particularly one associated with food service, is not only inappropriate but also raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. Please ensure a more professional and sanitary experience for future guests.

    Overall wonderful experience. Excellent food, service, and ambience. Staff was very helpful and informative. Tasting menu was interesting and tasty. A great space as well.
