About this restaurant

  • Good for special occasions
  • Innovative
  • Good for business meals
Imperfecto is a restaurant by Enrique Limardo and the team behind Seven Reasons. The restaurant is inspired by the intersection between the Mediterranean & Latin American Cultures, and sustained in Enrique Limardo's bold culinary approach.

At Imperfecto we believe that human beings are not perfect. We are far from perfect. We are Imperfect. And it's imperfection that moves us forward and shows us how to improve.

The restaurant design is inspired by Greek culture. The oldest definition of "perfection", goes back to Aristotle, who defined the concept in three: which is complete; which is so good that nothing of the kind could be better; which has attained its purpose.

At Imperfecto, we know that a restaurant space is not complete if it’s not filled with people; that we will try our best to maintain the highest levels of creativity, flavors and service; and that we will always pursue our purpose of bringing magical culinary experiences to our guests.

Food and wine pairing was very good. The last part of the meal was a letdown. Two small petit fours and they ran out of the chocolates that they gave to all other tables. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary so it was too bad to end on that note.

The food was amazing and promptly served, but our server Fernando put us off the experience. We ordered the jumbo shrimp and when I bit into mine I noticed it wasn’t deveined. I called over Fernando to show him, but he cut me off and started explaining that the red sauce is how the shrimp is cooked. I pointed out that the shrimp wasn’t deveined and he just looked at me and said, “yes, this is dirty” and took the plate away without an apology or resolution. He did eventually bring another plate of shrimp and then said again, that the red sauce is just how the shrimp is cooked. If he thought I was unhappy with the how the shrimp is cooked, why didn’t he ask if I wanted the shrimp replaced? Definitely not what I would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Went to celebrate husband’s birthday. Everything was great, service, food and drinks. They had a handwritten card ready for him and then some delicious chocolate truffles along with a candle. Also 3 chocolate bars made in house. They served a delicious mocktail for my son in a fish shaped jar that he loved. Main course portion sizes were on the smaller side so would recommend getting appetizers. The tasting menu is worthwhile and more bang for the buck. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

The service at this restaurant fell well short of what one would expect from a Michelin one-star establishment. Dishes were cleared before everyone at the table had finished, and the next course was served before the previous one had been fully cleared. Although we were handed a wine list, no one returned to take our selection, and the staff seemed preoccupied with other tables throughout the meal. Additionally, the automatic 22% gratuity added on top of a 5% service fee—without any prior discussion or option to adjust—was disappointing and felt excessive. Overall, the experience lacked the refinement and attention to detail that should define a Michelin-starred dining experience. I won’t be returning.

First time at Imperfecto ! It was Perfecto!!! In all ways ! We went for brunch on Saturday . Excellent service from start to finish . Loved our server , Fernando !! Everyone there worked as a team and it is evident in the impeccable dining room experience. The food was delicious ! Breaking away from the conventional boring “brunch menu“ repertoire that many establishments have. Typically don’t have a cocktail but I thought I would be adventurous and try the Joshua Tree .. delicious and artistically served. We will definitely return to Imperfecto. thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable Saturday brunch. Our daughter tried the Michelin experience the night before and had good reviews as well.

El postre de pistacho es una experiencia sensorial, particularmente no me mata el pistacho pero la Combinación dulce y salada me fascinó. La ensalada César con su lechuga que se deshace en la boca es imperdible. Orgullosamente bien representada Venezuela! Bravo!
