Grammy®-award winning artist and international superstar Armando Christian Perez known as Pitbull, aka “Mr. Worldwide,” with the creators of globally renowned brand Sugar Factory American Brasserie and Las Vegas’s El Dorado Cantina debut a restaurant, cocktail and nightlife concept, El Dorado 305, where tropical Latin cuisine blends with Mexican cuisine. The multifaceted venue, “Where What Happens, Never Happened,” houses a main dining room, three VIP rooms, a private lounge, and four bars featuring cocktails reflecting Pitbull’s energetic and upbeat persona. The menu showcases authentic Mexican cuisine and traditional Latin fare, El Dorado 305 features Mexican inspired dishes such as the tableside Guacamole, Filet Mignon Tacos with a house-made chimichurri sauce, and more, as well as Latin fare including Ropa Vieja, Churrasco, Lomo Saltado and more.
