   Completely disappointed. Was there tonight, I went to the restroom while the show began. They didn’t allow me to go to my table. They made me sit at the bar, when I decided that the show slow down andI could fo to my table, a waiter stopped me literally 1 ft from my table and asked me to go back and sit ar the bas. After arguing he literally said “ok sit and don’t stand up again” who the hell they think they are to give orders??? Never coming back, not recommending this place to ANYONE. Also, music is TERRIBLE, service is slow and food is mediocre.

   once it hits 9 PM the restaurant becomes very club like and busy but the atmosphere was very fun. I think their main focus is the atmosphere and not the food but overall it was a great experience.

   Don't like the $1000 charge for no show. Was told that we had 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete our meal by the hostess when the restaurant was nearly empty. Food was ho hum. Asked for butter for bread told there wasn't any, really? Restaurant without butter? Cancelled our plans to eat at Bak and Porfirios

   The atmosphere varies if you go during the week or on the weekend. Been here 2 times, second time wasn't as fun as the first. It's not cheap and they do bait and switch you a bit. The coctails on the menu show cool glasses and presentation, but when you ask for it, they don't have the glass. The food is just average, not worth the price. No A/C in there, so be prepared. Probably won't go back.

   Wonderful experience! Great service & fantastic food, the drinks were fabulous and the staff were so attentive. At one point I had gotten bit by a mosquito and a server noticed and brought me over bug spray can. Will be dining here whenever we’re in Tulum!

   Excelente restaurante en medio del corazón de la fiesta y restaurantes de TULUM. Muy buen ambiente, siempre lleno con extranjeros y locales bailando y festejando.
