   We ate outside by the pool (sixth floor) with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was very good - although the lobster role was a bit dry (could have been basted in more butter). At $5.00 the valet parking was an excellent price - with the restaurant validating the ticket. Lunch was a very nice experience.

   The service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. We had dinner one evening and breakfast the next morning. It made not leaving the hotel so easy.

   First let me say that the people who work here were all absolutely AMAZING!!! The manager Brett was so accommodating and even arranged for a free bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary dinner, then our waiter Franz was AWESOME!!! So friendly and attentive. The service was impeccable. Now sadly the quality of the food was just not up to the top standards that I would expect for a Hilton resort nor for the price. We booked our anniversary dinner here specifically because we received a text from the front desk saying there was a Prime Rib special but then it wasn’t actually available and I ended up having a very Grey flavorless rib-eye steak and my Wife had an extremely dry mahi-mahi fish fillet. My steak was actually cooked perfectly but the quality of the meat was so poor that it was unbelievably difficult to chew. If the quality of the food was better I would highly recommend this place because the employees were wonderful! But sadly I would not recommend Ilios...the price is far too expensive for such low quality food! It’s really unfortunate...I wanted so badly to give this a great review because of the service.

   terrible service and if you arrive between breakfast and lunch they cannot accommodate any order that is not planned. The waitress is very impatient and told us several times ... "it's better order your breakfast because the Chef is leaving"... terrible food... don't waste your time and money... not an option for breakfast and not an option for lunch

   Great hotel and great restaurant! Staff everywhere was amazing, especially our server. He was quick, friendly and refilled drinks faster than we could drink them. Definitely try the guacamole and chips, best I ever had.

   The cauliflower appetizer and chips/dip appetizer were not edible. Just not good. The veggie sushi was just okay - We wanted salmon/avocado/cucumber sushi but couldn't get it. They served a few bits of salmon separately and charged us extra for it. We would not go to this restaurant again.

   Lovely location. Nice waitstaff, but the food is just uninspired, and prepared with lack of care. The sushi, in particular had "al dente" (lol) rice, and was of a quality that I was doubting whether I should actually eat it. I have no idea how this place maintains an over 4 rating on TripAdvisor.

   it was slow, and we were only 5 tables, and our server had a hard time filling up our drinks. I thought the food was overpriced. We eat their because we were staying at the hotel. A few other nights we went off property and better/cheaper food.

   My family and I went to Ilios for Thanksgiving. The food was ok but it was not great for the price I paid. My waitress was great and her level of service was awesome but I would not go again for Thanksgiving.

    We celebrated our anniversary and Chef Nicole and Chef Randy went out of their way to make our dinner special. They decorated our table, the service was incredible, and the food was amazing! We thank everyone who took part in our celebration. Thanks!
