POC BEWARE!! We had a terrible dining experience at Ilios. We were celebrating a birthday at the table (indicated in the reservation details and told to the hostess directly). However, we saw several tables around us who were also celebrating birthdays or occasions receive the sparkler and cake set up, yet no one brought anything to us. Additionally, one member of the party had a nut allergy, which was clearly communicated to the staff multiple times. Yet, the appetizer we ordered with modifications to remove the nuts, was brought out with nuts still in to the sauce. Because of this, we decided we wouldn't order much food and would instead focus on drinks. We ordered 3 rounds of drinks, including special tequila shots. Yet we were constantly being pushed to order more food, which we politely declined as we had decided to focus on drinks. Perhaps because of feeling frustrated that we did not want more food, they pre-filled our shots before getting to the table, which is NOT what they do normally and NOT what they did for other tables around us, who got the shots filled from the bottle at tableside. The shots also tasted diluted, which we brought up to them. We were constantly being scrutinized and spoken about by the staff. When we spoke to the hostess, Nadia, about what was going on, she feigned ignorance, even though we saw her clearly speaking to our server about us beforehand. It is NOT OKAY to treat your customers so differently. Each customer deserves the same respect. I would NOT recommend this restaurant, even though the show was great.

The service at Ilios was second to none, all staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The fire show was amazing (yes the music is very loud but we enjoyed it). The mousaka was very very rich with lots feta and I struggled to finish it. My daughter enjoyed the Gyritos. We did mention it was our wedding anniversary when booking but this was not acknowledged. Overall we had a fabulous time, the restaurant is beautiful and would recommend.

The Night I visited Ilios was my 27th Birthday, and unfortunately it ruined my celebration. i Will say the FOH team was polite and attentive. Managers came to the table after we told our server we did not like the dish. The first one came with zero remorse or attempt to please the guest. He was rude implying that i was expecting KFC mashed potatoes. Like what does that even mean? Then he said I didn't read the menu correctly. Defending the disgusting dish instead of accepting the complaint and trying to make our experience pleasant. also the octopus was not cooked or clean properly they left the outer skin on which gives it a gummy texture. After i cleaned it off it was undercooked and was rubber to eat. The second manager was obviously on some type of drug he came to the table next and was very energetic and rude. I just wanted to leave. It ruined my birthday. Also its summer and it gets uncomfortably hot in there our chilled water went Luuk warm before we had a glass of it. Just disgusting experience and tourist priced. Dont go, dont ruin your night, and dont waste your money at the tourist trap.

Overall good experience. we ordered in a tapas style and shared everything. we ordered: hummus, grape leaves, cauliflower, filet skewer, and the meatballs. everything had great flavor! the meatballs came out hot but the skewer and cauliflower were cold. the hummus was good but they only give you 3 little pieces of pita. we asked for sliced cucumbers for the hummus instead of the bread and they said they didn’t have any… but when we sat down they offered us cucumber for our water?! the biggest thing i didn’t like was that the table was weirdly long for just two of us. we were so far away from each other and we couldn’t really talk. the music gets loud so that made talking at a distance even more difficult. its gorgeous inside. everyone is extremely nice. its a little bit too clubby for me but i know people like that vibe. overall it was good but i probably wouldn’t go back. i’m sure if we ordered fish or a full meal i probably would have been more happy with the food. its definitely worth checking out but it is pricey. (but that was to be expected)

La comida estuvo súper exquisita, todos los alimentos muy bien preparados, sobre todo la carne está en su punto, el servicio 10/10, solamente que al principio como que nos ofrecían una comida luego luego y no habíamos terminado la primera jajaja, pero todo bien y al cien 🙌🏻
