   If I could give zero stars I would. This was one of my worst dining experiences I’ve had. Neglected and ignored, had to ask for menus, ask for waters. When the food came it was bland, cold and not at all was expected. When we shared this feedback the response was “ok” and our plates were removed after only have a single bite. We were not asked if we wanted another drink. We had to ask 4 times for our bill. The second ask being a manager who also failed to provide us with the check. Finally after 20 mins had to get up and find someone to finally get the check and were charged for every single item. Again expressed our experience and the response was without effort. There was no concern or care for how we were treated or how we were inconvenienced. I was expecting this place to be overpriced due to the theatrics, however, it was severely disappointing to have such a terrible experience and have to pay full price and for not a single person to attempt to make it right. Hookah girl was great tho, she was the best part of the evening.

   Pedimos el huachinango entero a la leña y estaba espectacular! El ambiente y el servicio de primera. La pasamos sensacional. El “pero” es que los precios son muy altos.

   Muy mal servicio porque tenían prisa para que ordenáramos. Al final, tomaron mal la comanda. Respecto a los alimentos, la sopa de ajo esta sabrosa al igual que el crab cake. Sin embargo, al arroz con camarón y pulpo le falta sabor. El mesero lo recomendó para dos personas, pero dos camarones y un pedazo de pulpo, no es suficiente. El ambiente esta mucho mejor en Cancun.

   La comida tardo mucho en llegar la atención fue muy tarda dada nunca hubo sugerencias y en la comida había un pedazo de plato de los de la sorba cabe mencionar que la sorba ya había terminado hace más de media hora
