Since 2007, our home in the Flatiron District has introduced the passion and generosity of the Lebanese table to hundreds of thousands of curious diners while comforting native Lebanese guests with a celebration of their homeland and values. We go to ilili every time we are in new york. We love this restaurant and always had the best service. however, yesterday we were very disappointed of the service. food was excellent as always, but the service wasnt as amazing as usual.

A superb welcome and escort to our table. Server Regina was excellent as she knew exactly what to recommend especially the choice of wine to pair with our meal. Food was scrumptious and satisfying. Servers were very attentive especially with clearing tables after the course. A really good vibe and would definitely recommend and return.

The location in D.C is superior only because their duck shwarmma was a broken down version that you built and the meat was juicy and succulent as opposed to the NY location where the duck meat was a little dry and it was served as wraps. Still lovely , everything else up to par. Great cocktails but I'm inclined to love the D.C location more

Came here for a birthday dinner with my friends. They were able to squeeze 1 more person in who decided to come last minute and we also got a big round table (fits all 9 of us) so everyone was able to talk to each other. The dishes we ordered were delicious but a little pricey. Other restaurants I’ve been to also normally give free desserts for birthday person but here they charged us $15 for a piece of chocolate cake. The drinks are also pricier and I expected them to be phenomenal but they were just ok. Service was good and our waiter gave us recommendations and packed our food properly, although we had to wait for quite a long time for the dessert. I’d recommend to come here with a large group so you can try on variety of dishes. We got 4 of the shared signature entrees, 3 sides, 2 dips + bread, and desserts, and we were all really full. It came out to be around $80/person.

The food is excellent. The atmosphere nice. But I did book a month in advance specifying I’d like a table downstairs. They could only seat us upstairs which I refused. We ended up eating in the lounge. It was upsetting not to be seated where we booked. Shows no effort toward good service.

Delicious Lebanese food with plenty of options for all palates. We had a vegan friend, a gluten free friend and a pregnant friend with us and we all left saying how wonderful the meal was. The best Lebanese I’ve had in the US. Unique and tasty mocktails, beautiful ambiance, lovely wine list. I can’t say enough!

Vegetable dishes were not as good as usual - very sparse. For example, cauliflower dish only presented with 3 stalks of cauliflower and brussel sprout dish had few brussel sprouts. The waiter did not refill the pita, nor was he particularly attentive in general.

We have loved Ilili for years but the food this time was really subpar. The Brussels sprouts, which were recommended to us by the waiter, were bland and undercooked, the shrimp seemed to have no seasoning on it at all, and the feta spread was cold and uninteresting. The wait staff were attentive but we were rushed through the meal. All in all, really sorry to say we won’t go back again. Too many other excellent alternatives in NYC.

We were there for a bridal brunch. The ambiance and accommodations we amazing. Service was incredible. The mezze was delicious, but everyone seemed to have an issue with their main brunch entree. Everyone that received shakshuka including myself was displeased. It was nearly inedible… it had a VERY metallic taste coming from the cast iron that overpowered the dish. I didn’t want to send it back because it was again my friend’s brunch and I didn’t want to come across as rude/needy. I won’t be going back for brunch but willing to for drinks and apps.
