We’re honored to share the cuisine and culture of Lebanon in the heart of New York City. Since 2007, our home in the Flatiron District has introduced the passion and generosity of the Lebanese table to hundreds of thousands of curious diners while comforting native Lebanese guests with a celebration of their homeland and values. Owner and Executive Chef Philippe Massoud expertly crafts a sophisticated blend of modern and traditional Lebanese cuisine drawing influences from the span of the ancient Silk Road trade routes.
Our warm and generous hospitality drives our mission to make every guest and team member feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored.
We are here to share; to pass fresh pita bread and mezze amongst old friends and new; to celebrate life and its delicious bounty. We invite you to experience our old world hospitality, timeless generosity, and tireless dedication to uncovering and sharing the rich traditions of Lebanon and the Levant.

Can't find better Lebanese then here
Delicious, as always. Look forward to returning.
We love Illili but have to say that the food wasn't as good as usual, more like on the average side, not sure because it's a Sunday and it was different staff.
The food was excellent. The service was slow and not attentive.
Great choice of dishes - all of which were very distinct and flavoursome. Lamb dishes cooked to perfection. Good choice for vegetarians as well.
Very busy so would recommend reserving your table if you plan to head there at the weekend.
Ilili is our go-to spot when we're planning dinner with friends since it can easily accommodate groups. The service is great, the food is always delicious and the pita bread is truly out-of-this-world.
Great food, ambience, and staff. Thanks, will come again. See you soon.
Food was fantastic. The service was terrific, very attentive. The ambiance is pretty poor though. It had a nice aesthetic maybe 20 years ago but is in bad need of an update. The leather on the sofas in the waiting lounge are just one giant stain, there are water stains on some of the ceiling panels etc. the prices are also too high. They truly need to come down about 15%. If they did a refresh on the decor and came down just a touch on the price this would easily be a 5 star place.
Service was dreadful. Third or fourth time at the restaurant, and the decline is obvious.
Food was good, not great. Had to wait 25 minutes after reservation time to be seated. It’s very expensive for what it is - $18 for a salty tabouleh salad is a bit crazy.
That being said, the server was nice and the restaurant had a good ambience.
Food was good and interesting. Wine was not so good. Service excellent and friendly.
Overpriced loud place. Very tasty food. Service was good, host was a bit gruff, but it was happy hour. I wouldn’t go back. But they are clearly popular.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We hope to see you again soon!! Best, ilili cares team
Ilili is too pricey for what it is offering.
Mejorar algunos platos que no son típicos, pero, son muy distintos del original
Ambiente agradable p conocer
Excelente comida libanesa! Auténtica y muy espléndida
From ambience to food, ilili is awesome. But the issue always - and i mean always - is service which prevents it from getting a 5 star review which it deserves otherwise.
The staff is good but it perpetually understaffed so the wait in between things is always frustrating. Not a single time where we don’t have to wave someone down.
tables are always waiting to give orders or get a fill up on drinks, etc. Very frustrating.
Now when we go, I order starters at same time as drinks bc otherwise it will be a long wait.... this is not a one or two time experience. This is after 4-5 visits.
Excellent menu and food. Can get pretty loud. Service very good.
The food is always good at ilili. Had the Kibbe Laban and it was authentic and out of this world! Yummy!
A fantastic NYE dinner in a beautiful restaurant!
I had never tried Lebanese food until I visited here in September. I was in the city for school, and a student from Lebanon suggested we go. He had never been either and has only been in the states for 4 years. He was elated by the menu options and enjoyed the food very much. He said it was very authentic. I enjoyed it so much that I brought my wife there the other night for her first time.
Delicious dinner!! The octopus was phenomenal and definitely try the duck shawarma it was amazing.
Our server Alexandre is one of the most talented and knowledgeable in his field. He always takes our dining experience to a new and wonderful level.
Hello! We are very glad you enjoyed your experience! Please do visit Alex and us again! Have a great week! -ilili cares team
Amazing food! You won’t go wrong. Full of locals. 100% recommend
Highly recommended, great food and service. Best recommendations by the waiter Lubnah. Can't beat it. We are now big fans.
Food was amazing, place amazing, service very bad. We couldn't enjoy the food because the waiters wanted to go very fast, we weren't done with the appetizers and they had already brought the main course.
The decor of ILILI is plain but elegant enough. The food is outstanding, from mezze to dessert; so too is the service--there are many efficient and well-organized servers. Vibes are excellent. ILILI is one of our reliable Occasion Restaurants (this occasion, Christmas Eve, an expensive and rather lush meal...).
Hello! We are so glad that you enjoyed your dining experience with us! We thank you and can't wait to see you again! Best, Melanie Acuña General Manager
Excellent place wonderful service. Great prices !!
Too noisy, too loud, ban children!
Food was amazing... exactly what we wanted. Waiter seemed to take advantage of our first visit telling us to order 2-3 dishes per person...and we had three little kids. He insisted. We ordered 10 dishes and it was still too much. Rest of staff was on point.
Food a 10, service a 10, ambience a 10... perfect for a special night!!!
I took my Armenian friend and she was ecstatic about the food. We had the tasting menu, only complaint, too much food, but took a doggy bag to enjoy the next day.
ilili is a beautiful restaurant. The food, though delicious, is not worth the price for it. The service was great at the start with constant attention to refilling water. Then toward dessert, the staff suddenly was no longer to be found and after 20 minutes of waiting, our waiter informs us that our multiple dish order of baklava would be canceled because they're all out. The explanation and new orders was messy and heavy-handed on their part.
Unique flavors in each bite. Brunch was delightful. Will return again for dinner
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Would love to go back again.
