Maybe the lamb-beef shawarma was a little dry, but everything was tasty.
This restaurant does not accommodate to a large party (8-11 people. They were extremely difficult in making a reservation and gave us two separate tables at 2 ends of the restaurant while many large tables were empty. The managers are beyond arrogant. Food used to be good at some point but was below average. Won’t be going there in the future.
We go to Illili frequently and this time for my husbands birthday. We were expecting to sit inside but the music was so loud we asked to sit outside, which was fun.
When our waiter was with us he was great. I think he had a lot of tables because a couple times there were delays.
My only recommendation is that the music should be turned down a little bit inside.
We will definitely be back
It was our second time at Ilili. It was an all-around good experience. I would go back.
We had a great time! Service and food were great!
As always food was outstanding. This is my 3rd visit and really enjoy the menu and quality of food. Enjoyed the wine list and server was knowledgeable and helpful with selection.
We were seated in a side room which held a large group party. It was extremely loud and my friend and I spent the night shouting at each other - one thing had we been to a club, but not the atmosphere we had expected when booking for dinner to celebrate promotions.
Staff was apologetic and acknowledged that it was exceptionally loud in the space but no effort was made to reseat us. I left full but also with a headache.
The food was fantastic, the cocktails dangerously smooth and impeccable service. Awesome night.
The food was ok, the service was a little pushy but ok and I think what you pay for the food and drinks is too high for what you get.
The food and service has been 100% consistent for all the years I’ve been going there. A true gem in NYC. One on my absolute favorite restaurants!
Fabulous Lebanese food! The service is outstanding.
The service was truly exceptional with handling all requests asked. The menu selections were really delicious. Their flatbread is fresh and one to the lightest I’ve had. Perfect birthday dinner.
Excellent service and food. Sadly the table next and across from us were so loud, we couldn’t hear each other. Highly recommend!
just way to noises to have a decent conversation. and when food comes out when ready is not my favorite thing..
One of the best dining experiences ever. Alex was a tremendous server - he suggested outstanding courses of mezze combinations. The veal bacon mezze on the specialty menu is not to be missed. And the tartare kibbeh equally amazing. Enjoy! Went with a group of 4. Indoor decor is beautiful and the outside dining area is ample too.
Delicious food, great service
The food was great, our waiter was a lot from the jump and that was off putting. The wine selection was nice!
Good for a date but unless you order a huge entree you will leave hungry. Good drinks too and it seemed like upscale dining. Would come here for a date.
Amazing expereince, but a little too loud to carry a conversation.
Would still go back with potential clients
Absolutely delicious food and a great overall experience
WOW WOW WOW
Mert was our server and he is EXCELLENT, the entire staff is TOP NOTCH, the food is DELICIOUS and comes VERY QUICKLY… Most definitely one of the best restaurants in NYC! We will keep coming back. Thank you Ilili!
Great place for Lebanese food. Our waiter's recommendations were great!
It was a birthday dinner and the celebrant was very pleased with us ur choice of restaurant- excellent!
Noah was awesome 💕
Always a great meal and service. Alex the server has an amazing personality and is always on his game!
What can we say but that it was way overdue going to Ilili and we loved every minute of it. Looking forward to going back.
First time at Ilili and it was awesome!!!! Food was out of this world. Already planning on going back. Can’t wait.
Food, service, and ambience were outstanding! Highly recommend.
Our server was very attentive and accommodating.
Buen servicio y muy rica comida. Lo recomiendo 100%.
Wonderful menu and our server Issac was very helpful with our choices. We had eaten pre Covid in the other dining room which we prefer.
Look forward to our next visit.
Excellent quality food, service and everything; but pricy though
We ordered a bunch of mezzes, a salad and the mixed grill platter which was plenty for 4 of us. The mixed was delicious and grilled perfectly. We needed to make the dinner an hour as we had some an event and they were very accommodating.
I love this restaurant.
Get the roasted brussels sprouts as an appetizer for sure!
Great great Lebonese food! The service was also wonderful, giving us detail about what we were eating and the origins of the food.
Alex is the best . he is an awesome guy . very friendly and very professional !
Superb! What a divine dining experience. This was my second time and we let our waiter decide our meal and the rhythm of the service. It was 4 of us (2 couples), and whereas this was not an inexpensive dinner by any stretch, the experience was special and truly unique!
We will return!
Menu is perfect for those who love to share! Traditional excellent Lebanese food with a contemporary flair served to diners in traditional dress, as well as foodies.
