We’re honored to share the cuisine and culture of Lebanon in the heart of New York City. Since 2007, our home in the Flatiron District has introduced the passion and generosity of the Lebanese table to hundreds of thousands of curious diners while comforting native Lebanese guests with a celebration of their homeland and values. Owner and Executive Chef Philippe Massoud expertly crafts a sophisticated blend of modern and traditional Lebanese cuisine drawing influences from the span of the ancient Silk Road trade routes.
Our warm and generous hospitality drives our mission to make every guest and team member feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored.
We are here to share; to pass fresh pita bread and mezze amongst old friends and new; to celebrate life and its delicious bounty. We invite you to experience our old world hospitality, timeless generosity, and tireless dedication to uncovering and sharing the rich traditions of Lebanon.

Was there initially for the Lebanese tasting menu for restaurant week but two hours before the reservation they called me to let mw know they had a critical error and that they don’t offer it on weekends. Well, it’s a Sunday. Two hours before my reservation. Service was disappointing on this end.
Also they confirmed this on Friday. Sure. Not available, huh?
Amazing food!! Can’t wait to go back!! Highly recommend!!
Had an absolutely incredible meal at Ilili! Everything was delicious. The service was impeccable, we felt so special! All around a five star experience.
Being a Lebanese myself and knowing how hard it is to make food taste like home, the food at ilili’s is delicious and beats many restaurants I dined in in lebanon. Zatar mankoush is a must, the baba Ganoush is smoke flavored on point, and the grape leaves are just magical. Hands down the best Lebanese restaurant in the States.
Highly suggest that you look at opening in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Very favorable combination. Assortment of appetizers especially recommed kibbe nanyi, cauliflower and babaganosh. Mixed grill cooked to perfection.
Great food & service. Bad acoustics, so a little loud when it filled up, but worth it.
Ilili always impresses. The kibeh niyeh is absolutely incredible every time. The atmosphere is lovely, great place to take a date. Our server, Noah, really elevated the experience.
Beautiful space, but noise level so high - its not music, it is the very high ceilings with no noise absorption - that conversation was difficult. Otherwise a very nice experience.
Tenía varios meses que no iba. Ayer fui y la comida muy buena pero las porciones de comida ahora son más pequeñas. El servicio no estuvo igual que siempre. Meseros apáticos .
Amazing meal. There were 3 of us and we shared: hummus, falafel, and the feta salad to start. We also had the shrimp and lamb/beef shawarma mains and finished with the baklava. The baklava was the perfect sweet bite to finish the meal.
It was awesome! The food is amazing. Closest to actual authenticLebanese good that I’ve ever had.
It was an amazing evening! Everything was PERFECT. Mert was an EXCELLENT server. We will go again!
Excellent food. Great service. Lebanese wine was a great find.
Although the food was great, our service was unacceptable. From the minute we sat down we felt unwelcomed - harshly recommending ordering certain dishes over others. He neglected to order one of our dishes, did not come to the table for drink refills, and never had a chance to settle up.
Disappointing as this was quite a commute for us and we were excited to try the restaurant. Unfortunately we won't be back....
Very noisy, we had made reservations 2 days ahead went in at 5:50 pm for a 6 pm reservation, asked to be seated close to the bar, as the inside gets really noisy no one but one couple were seated, they refused saying they had reservations, I explained to 2 people that we did too and we were early, but very rude hostess. Been there twice and spoke from experience WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN.
We made a reservation in advance but was told to sit at the bar area, not in the main dining room. The waiter was rude when we politely asked for the main dining room.
Five stars all around. We didn’t even have to look at the menu because our server was that good. He was funny, got us delicious appetizers and main courses. Def go there.
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We had a wonderful, knowledgeable server who made excellent recommendations. Will definitely be back!
Simply the best Mediterranean restaurant in the city.
Great food and beautiful decor
Great food and great service! Really nice night and meal
Food, as always was delicious, and service was solid. But even though I made a reservation (7:00), we were seated at a table close to the bar area, and it was very loud. Like so loud that we couldn't hear each other across the table at times. (And we went on a Monday night and are in our early 30s.) I was a bit disappointed that a reservation that you have to put a card down for did not have us at a table in the main dining area. Again food and drinks are delicious, but be prepared to come out with your ears ringing a bit if you go on a busy night.
Everything was so good and my friends were so happy to dine here!!
Waiter totally ripped us off. Recommended a Lebanese rose - which was fine - but neglected to say it was $85 a bottle - which is an absurd price for a rose. This was very poor form reflects terribly on the restaurant its way of doing business. Buyer beware!
We absolutely loved ilili. The ambiance is lovely. On a Sunday morning at 11AM it was not overly crowded when we arrived for our reservation. Our server was fantastic and made recommendations which turned out to be absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the falafel, beef dumplings with Lebanese rice, and coffee! We sat outside in the covered seating area which had fans (great in the summer heat), but the inside was lovely as well. I look forward to returning to ilili!
Excellent food (5 stars) as always, but hostess and reservation services were not good. I got call a few days beforehand to confirm my OpenTable reservation. I called back and confirmed. No issues. I called around 5:30p for my 7p reservation, and for at least a couple mins, she could not find my reservation. Finally finding it, I asked to move to 7:30 and was refused. When arriving at 6:57, they tried to seat us (3) at a 2 top table at the entrance where everyone waits for tables, which is unacceptable. After waiting another few minutes, we were finally seated properly in the main dining room. The remainder of the evening was excellent.
So so good. Amazing service. One of the best meals I’be ever had.
Arrive on time and service was pushing constantly to empty the bottle of wine and pour all the water. They ask us for our table and 1:15 minutes later. A Lebanese dinner should be enjoy as
A family and friend gathering, rushing is not an enjoyable moment.
The food was sublime and the waiter was incredible! Thank you for the birthday treat!
Excellent beef dumplings with yogurt and the recommended rice with pistachios. Falafel was also delicious; the salmon entree was good but nothing too memorable. Enjoyed the Ceylon tea with baklava for dessert, which wasn’t too sweet
The food is just ok. The bread for example has the texture of roasted paper towels. The beef tartare is an artful paste with little taste. The brussel sprouts was the best dish.
The food was absolutely fantastic. A very different and welcome dinning experience. Can’t wait for my next meal here.
This restaurant is amazing! I have lived in NY for a long time and cannot believe I haven’t been here. The food was perfect, the ambiance was beautiful (we sat outside), the service was amazing, the bathrooms were gorgeous.
The oscillating outdoor fans make all the difference
Sunday brunch was perfect!
Delicious cold mezze. Hot was ok. Real miss in that none of the servers speak Arabic or are Lebanese-American even in this vibrant diverse city.
Just the manager was rude! We had a table reservation for six , and we ended up with 5 people only he wanted to sit us 5 on a table for 4 people, when we asked to me seated on the next table to fit everyone comfortable he told us we only had until 6:40 to stay on that table.. we were seated at 5:30
Fabulous! Can’t wait to go back
