The restaurant's decor echoes the diverse menu, combining the architectural richness of Old Lebanon with an attitude and style that is unmistakeably New York. A DJ sets the mood with music from around the globe and soft, amber lighting punctuated by candles create a sexy, sophisticated atmosphere in which to enjoy a relaxed meal. The cuisine, decor and ambiance come together to create a new world for your senses to explore, whispering gently in your ear, ilili.

Fancy Lebanese food in Nomad.
Amazing service and the food is just wow.
Excellent, as always!
Nice decor and service. Friendly staff. Bland bland food
Alex was an amazing waiter. Not sure I’ve had a better one. And the blending of food flavors was amazing.
A beautiful surprise in New York. We loved, despite people too noisy.Congratulations. We are a French couple.
But not for conversation. Very loud. Could not here the person speaking who was sitting next to me.
Our server was great and food was excellent!
Exceptional restaurant!!!!! The service was amazing!!!
The food was very good! The Duck Shawarma was amazing!! And the lamb chop really good!!!
However, the falafel is not made as the tradicional and original one, besides their peculiar cube shape, you NEVER bake the falafel before frying it!!!! In Jordan and Lebanon the falafel is just fried in a circular shape or a oval shape.
Overall, I can say that this restaurant have become one of my favorites here at NYC, I highly recommend it!!!!!
Great food but oh so loud inside! I recommend investing in ceiling baffles to dampen the roar!
Always a great experience!!
This has been my 3rd time dining with Ilili and I would go back so many more times. The food is absolutely delicious and flavorful. The staff is extremely friendly and will offer their suggestions when asked. The overall dining experience is beautiful.
I've eaten hear twice and the last 2 weeks and both times the meal was excellent. We found that sharing many small plates was more enjoyable then entrees. All the food was prepared extremely well, great ingredients, balanced and very flavorful. They also had wonderful cocktails. I thought the Not So Bloody Mary was genius. We enjoyed the ambiance in the downstairs dining room more than upstairs.
The service was good; however, portions were very small. The main signature dish, Mixed Grill, was only enough for one, max two, Our waiter said it would be enough for four.
Great food, good service, excellent cocktails.
The food was amazing, have never tasted a chicken breast that tender. We ordered the whole roasted chicken with brussels sprouts on the side. Definitely a must. Food was amazing and service was even more amazing.
What a fantastic meal. Will come back to NYC from NH just to wat there.
Absolutely incredible meal and service! Food was so interesting and flavorful we just loved everything! We will be back!
Great! But my mom’s scallops were pretty small for the price!
Excellent food. Attentive waiter!
I love ilili. I go here for many special occasions. It’s my dad’s favorite restaurant, so when he comes to visit, our Lebanese family always ends up here.
This time, it was a very special night. We were so excited. Unfortunately, we were seated at the single worst table in the house, upstairs in the corner, next to a folding screen that hid the dirty dish area from diners nearby. We spent our entire dinner listen to the crashing of dirty plates and loud voices of waitstaff less than a foot or two (at most) from my and my mother’s face, separated only by a thin screen. We have been here many time before (and mentioned this to the host). We spent over $300 on dinner. My parents are elderly. I was very sad that this time, the experience was rather embarrassing- not th quality we have come to expect. Shouldn’t that table be reserved for walk-ins instead? Certainly not for regulars with reservations on special occasions. Not a great experience.
Food is always great. Had brunch for the first time. Very nice. Hummus is my favorite!
The food was great except for the Foul. It needed more seasoning ( lemon juice, salt etc.. )/\. Also the mankoushe at $16 seems a bit excessive.
The food was absolutely delicious, portions were perfect, service was excellent. I would 100% come here again.
Four of us shared lunch. Expectations were high given my previous dinner here. Great bread and hummus. For main courses, meatballs and the shrimp weren't special, but the lamb and chicken were. Still give it 5 stars overall.
ilili is the best middle Eastern restaurant I know in New York, the food is excellent, beautifully prepared and nicely presented. On this occasion, the service was substandard and chaotic, with food coming willy nilly at the wrong times and sometimes with the wrong orders. A place at this level should be more polished, especially since the cuisine relies on sharing the right combinations of dishes -- hard to do if they don't come together!
Had a birthday celebration here and it was awesome. Lots of shareable dishes and authentic Lebanese dishes. Highly recommended!
Food and service are both exceptional. The duck shawarma is a must try
Food was really good. Service was too but a bit rushed and difficult to hear waitress due to background noise.
Delicious flavors. Plates that feel light but are very fulfilling thanks to a fantastic blend of flavors that mixes classic Lebanese recipes with strategic new ingredients. Happy to have found a deserving raw kibbe!
Probably the best Lebanese food I've ever had. Great service staff.
I've been to Ilili multiple times and always enjoy the experience. Great food, wonderful ambiance, attentive service. Most recently, I enjoyed their Pride Brunch with friends. It was a terrific event -- as usual, the food and service were awesome and the experience was heightened by the wonderful, inclusive celebratory atmosphere.
Very beautiful but expensive lebanese restaurant. Lebanese cuisine very diversified and generally healthy. Good appetizers but main course mixed grill (most expensive on menu) was not that tasty and lamb chops were overcooked. Service was efficient but not that attentive (forgot to bring the ice we asked for).
If you love traditional Lebanese food, this is a wonderful restaurant. If you don't know it, this is a fantastic place to try it. The food is delicious. (Dishes are meant to be shared.)
Delicious delicious food!! The hummus is next level- and brussel sprouts amazing. Service is extremely attentive and decor gorgeous. Really the definition of a perfect dining experience.
Execellent food, great use of herbs and spices. We recommend touring the menu with small plates (we had 6 for 2 people, 5 would have sufficed). Wait staff were attentive and helpful. Great wine list but overpriced...welcome to Manhattan. Definitely worth a visit, we’d go back.
Service was wonderful, food was great. However, the restaurant is incredibly loud, and we were seated basically on top of the food busing station- my mom kept getting hit by waiters rushing by, and it was hard to hear over the sound of dishes being noisily stacked, etc. Our waitress was lovely and the food was delicious, but given the ambiance I don't think we'll be back.
This place continues to be a terrific value. My suggestion is that you order everything to be shared. Get a lot of appetizers and a couple of main courses with small share plates for everyone. The puffed pita keeps on coming.
ilili has been consistently amazing for the last 10 years that I’ve been dining here. A friend and I had the sit down lunch Prix Fixe and it was delicious, fast (our server asked if we were on a schedule and made sure service was fast and enjoyable), and a good deal for the exceptional quality. We had the veal sandwich, mojadra and labne with their always freshly made pita. Also, have to say that the service is always impeccable and exceptional here. The staff deserves major kudos. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Great food, great cocktails
